Dangerously In Love

New Start

Sometime passed and one night I was in my room working on a school thing when there was a knock on my window
It was Axel
Scarlett: Come in
Axel opens the window and steps inside my room
Scarlett: *joking* you should maybe uhh.. consider coming in through the lobby
**both laugh**
Scarlett: And also.. my father is under the impression that you need psychiatric attention-
Suddenly I see that Axel was in his black wasp suit, but it was scratched and I could also see he had scratches all over him
I stood up with a worried look on my face and walked over to him
Scarlett: Axel? What happened, what happened?!
Axel: You should see the other guy
He then collapses on my chair as I sit next to him trying to see how bad the wounds were
John: Hey Sky, honey, you want some cocoa, Aria's making some cocoa
As we heard my dad's voice outside my room I told him to keep quiet and duck behind the chair
I then rushed to open the door
Scarlett: No dad I do not want cocoa.. honestly I'm 17 years old!
John: Okay I just thought I remembered somebody saying last week that her fantasy was to live in a chocolate house
Scarlett: Well that's impractical
**shuts door, but opens it again**
Scarlett: Fattening
**shuts door again and looks back at Axel**
Axel:*laughing* chocolate house?
I roll my eyes again and open the door and see my dad still standing there
Scarlett: Sorry dad
John: It's good
Scarlett: I just, I can't um have cocoa right now because I'm working.. I'm doing this um.. I have to.. I have cramps
I was nervous at this point as my dad just nods his head at me
John: Oh
Scarlett: I feel kind of pukey and just sort of.. I don't know like emotional
John: Okay
Scarlett: Like I keep crying.. and it's brutal.. you don't wanna know.. trust me it's like bad
John: Yeah I.. got it
Scarlett: Thanks Daddy
John: Alright
I shut the door once again
I then go over to Axel to heal his wounds on his chest
As he squeals in pain I look at him and he looks back at me, and at this point we're staring into each other's eyes, smiling
He then starts to lean in for a kiss, and I tease him
Scarlett: *whispering* easy bug boy
Axel: *laughing* what'd you call me?
He then continues to lean in for the kiss, and he lays his hand on the back of my neck
Scarlett: No
Axel: Yes
Scarlett: No
Axel: Yes
He then moves his head towards my neck
Scarlett: I know what this is
Axel then moves his face upwards, facing me
Axel: What is it?
Scarlett: **referring to the poisonous bee** Every day for as long as I can remember my father, has lived every morning and he's put a badge on his chest and strapped a gun to his hip.. and every day for as long as I can remember I haven't known if he was gonna make it home
Axel places both hands on my cheeks, staring into my eyes
Axel: I got you, okay?
I then hold his hand as they're still on my cheeks
Axel: I have to stop him though, I have to, cause I created him
I then look at him with a confused look on my face
Scarlett: What do you mean?
Axel: It must've been an equation, I made all of this possible
Axel looks down, nodding his head no
Axel: Something my father was probably working on.. secretly and now I realize why he kept it a secret..
I then stare at him, listening to what he was saying
Axel: That's why this is my responsibility.. I have to fix it..
He then places his hand on my neck and I move my head towards his hand
Axel: Hey..
As I looked down, Axel lifts my chin up, smiling at me
Axel: Let's get outta here, let's get outta here just for a minute, come with me
I then laugh at him as he rests his head on mine
Scarlett: No
Axel: Yeah
Scarlett: No
Axel: Yes, yes
Scarlett: No, if my parents see me leaving I'm dead
He then stares into my eyes.. and there's a brief silence
Axel: Your parents aren't gonna see you leaving
He then takes me around the city, flying around and I hold on to him tightly..
