We spend hours just getting to know each other. She's such an amazing soul.
She drove us back to her apartment and I couldn't stop staring at her. She's just so beautiful.
"Okay uhm... when can I see you again?" she asked when we got to her place. "When do you wanna see me again?" I asked.
"Come here," she demanded. I unbuckled my seatbelt and sat on her lap in the drivers seat.
Her lips pressed against mine and a warm feeling filled me up. "I love yo- uhm... I'll see you sometime, I guess," she said after I climbed back into the passenger seat.
Wait. She loves me? No. That can't be. "Uhm... definitely," I reply.
We get out of the car and I change my shoes. "Call me when you get to res," she tells me. "I will," I say. "And, I love you," I add.
I give her a passionate kiss and get into my car. Why did I tell her that I love her?

The drive back to res was very slow. I couldn't stop thinking about Didi.
The time read 23:26 when I got to my dorm door. Oh yeah, I need to call her.
Me: Hey uhm... I just got to res.
Didi: Okay. Sleep well.
Me: Thanks. You too.
I let out a sigh and walked to my dorm. Everyone was there. And by everyone, I mean all of the girls.
We sat in a circle on the floor and played board games. After about an hour, my phone rang. Didi.
Me: Didi?
Didi: I need you right now.
Me: What's wrong? You can't just need me.
Didi: Please Maya.
Me: Fine. Give me about 20 to 30 minutes and I'll be there.
Didi: Thank you.
Why could she possibly need me at this hour? "Where to?" Gundo asked me. "Uhm... Didi needs me," I reply.
"For what?" Mpumi asked. "I don't know," I say. "I'll come with you," Ntebatse said. "I also wanna come," Lea said.
"I'm sorry, I need to go," I say and grab my keys and purse and walk out. "Wait," Mpumi said with her hand on my wrist.
"I'm sorry," she said and pinned me against the wall. "It's okay," I reply. "Are you sure?" she asks, leaning closer and closer. "I'm sure. Can I go now?" I ask.
Her hand lets go of me and I rush to my car. What the fuck is she even sorry for? What is she on about?

I don't bother knocking and just walk into her dorm. "Didi?" I call out. "My room," she replies. I lock her front door and head to her room.
"What's wrong?" I ask when I see her. "Wanna chill?" she asks. "Really? Is that what you called me for?" I laugh.
"Well, yeah," she says. Oh my soul. "Okay fine. I can't stop thinking about you. I feel something for you. Something so deep. I've never felt this way before. I love you, Maya. I really do," she said.
I was not expecting that at all. "Didi, I love you. A lot. And I've been thinking about for so long now," I say.
She opens her arms and I climb into the bed to hug her. I love her so much.
"Do you wanna give us a try?" she asked. "I do," I reply. Her soft pink lips brush against mine before she kisses me passionately.
Her tongue danced with mine and her arms held me tighter. I don't want this to end.

I woke up to Didi laying peacefully next to me. I laid my head on her chest and her heartbeat bought happiness to me.
I climbed out of the bed and slide on her top. I walk to the kitchen and get some water.
"Morning," she says and startles me. "Hey. Are you okay?" I ask. "I'm great. I just need to go to work," she replies. "Okay love," I say.
"You can stay here if you want to," she says. "I have classes today. I can come over later," I say. "Okay. I'll fetch you," she says and presses a kiss on my forehead.
Her soft lips move to mine and her tongue slides into my mouth. "I need to get ready," she says. "I'll drive you to school," she says and I nod before she disappeares.
