~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~"Passports!"
"Check."
"Green cards."
"Check." Michael and I where screaming back and forth to each other as we crossed the things we had to bring on our flight to Australia. "Lauren!" I yelled from across the house.
"What?"
"It's your turn!"
"Okay."
"Computer!"
"Check."
Backpack!"
"Check."
"Books!"
"Check."
"Are you ready to go?"
"Yup!" She said walking to the front of the house where Michael and I where standing with the necessities, he said we could buy new things when we got there if we wanted them. "Well then let's go." He said picking up the bags, with Lauren following in tow.
I stopped and took one more look around my childhood home. Childhood seemed so far in the past now. It had only been 6 months since I met Michael, but it seems so long ago. The house was almost bare except for the furniture and my mothers things. I didn't give a shit what happened to the property after we left, it could rot for all I cared. I felt hands wrapped around my waist and lips begin to kiss the side of my neck.
"You coming?" He asked. I turned around and smiled at him taking his hand and leading him out he door.
This was the first flight I had even taken with Michael so he really got to see me all nervous. The airport was crowded, I didn't understand how people could find him. He was in a good mood and we had time before our flight so he stopped to say hello and take some photos with fans. I couldn't stop shaking, the thought of going on another 21 hour flight was making my heart race.
"Are you okay?" One of the girls from the crowd asked pulling me from my trail of thought.
"Ya, I'm just not a fan of flying, then flying 21 hours. It gets me nervous." I smiled to her as I moved a little closer.
"I'm Emily-" she said holing out her hand, I shook it. "I'm Chelsea."
"You're Michael's girl, oh my god let me tell you I have supported you two since day one. You're so cute together."
"Thank you." I said smiling at her.
"So you're flying to Australia? How long are you staying?"
"Well I guess it will get out soon anyway-" I began smiling. "I'm actually moving there with my sister for the time being. I'm going to school there."
"Oh wow that awesome. You're sister is adorable." She smiled at Lauren who was holding tightly on to my hand.
"Thank you." Lauren smiled to her as Michael walked over.
"Hello ladies."
"Hey Michael." The girl said waving to him.
"You want a picture."
"If you don't mind." She smiled at him.
"Of course not." He posed for the photo and said goodbye to the girl and I smiled and waved goodbye to her. Then it was time to get on the plane.
The women took our passes and told us to have a good flight. Bullshit. No flight is good. They make me feel like a sardine getting ready to be put in its death bed. We took our seats; I always had to sit in the middle, it just calmed me to know that I was between two people.
