"Thank you", pagbaba ko sa kanyang sasakyan.
"I'll get you later", he said. I just smiled and nodded at him.
"Naks, Scarlet lang talaga kakalampag", sigaw ni Missy galing sa entrance. I rolled my eyes at her. "First time na may naghatid sayo dito, anong meron sa inyo ha?", pag uusisa ni Missy sa akin.
"We're just friends", I said while remembering what was he saying awhile ago.
"Ang sweet niya namang friend. Crush ko na tuloy siya", she said like it's very nakakakilig.
"Hindi kayo bagay"
"Luh, crush lang naman eh. I'll get going na nga, see you when we're not busy.", she winked at me. I just bid my goodbye at her.
I'm a lazy person but I'm still worried for the company I've worked hard for. My parents have business I should be the heiress of their estate but I refused to be, I want to build my own name that's why I'm based Manila right now. My parents are in Pangasinan.
"How's the rival estate?", I asked Rain for details because she's mostly my representatives in this work.
"Winkery Company is going up. According from the directors meeting, last week. There sales grew up, demands are stable and they are on their way to pursue Jacks Tower.", Rain informed.
Winkery Company is our no.1 rival in business. Sadly, even I'm a lazy person I'm a consistent no.2 ranking while theirs is no.3 Missy's company is the no.1 and the thought that we knew the owner, it gets on my nerves.
"And also another entry na ngayon ang JT (Jacks Tower).", she added.
"Good then I'm just waiting for my approval of the proposal", that moment I just realized my business with Zimram.
"Friendly lunch?", speaking of, he texted me. "Sure", I replied. "Wait for me ", he replied.
Habang hinihintay siya, nag ready narin ako. "Ma'am Naphine, someone's finding you", Rain said.
"Who?", I asked. "Si Mr. Velarde po."
"Let him in". Pumasok siya ng preskong presko para bang walang humarang sa kanya na traffic. In our distance I could smell his scent.
"I bought some foods already, I hope you won't mind", habang dala niya ang plastic.
"Such an effortive friend", panunuya ko sa kanya.
He just glared coldly at me. I just smiled sweetly at him. He's so cute especially when he had that serious cold face.
Tumikhim siya, "Well I only have least of friends. It's my pleasure to meet you."
"Friends lang?", pang aasar ko. "Yes"
Tumango lang ako ng nakangiti. "Why are you smiling?", he asked coldly.
"Mas hot ba ang sexy pag firece or nakangiti?", I asked.
"You're the whole package for the description of it", I'm flattered on what he said. Feel ko tuloy kung hindi ako naka make up pansin niya blush ko.
"Edi wag mo ko tinanatanong bakit ako nakangiti!"
"For me, I prefer you having a fierce face", I said out of nowhere. He looked at my eyes at unti unti nawala ang kanyang ngisi.
