I am very much aware this is not how time turners work but if JK Rowling can change it for her disaster of a fanfic then so can I. So they work pretty much exactly the same except you can also go forward, but only if you went backward first, and only to the exact moment you left. Also if you go to far back in time, say 19 years, you're not gonna land in the place you left, also you age while you're in the other timeline, but once you jump back to your original time, or time just catches up, you go back to the age you were when you left, so no matter how long you stay in the past, you'll still look and feel the same when you get back
Also there will be swearing
