43. You're next

Rosé woke up to see Jisoo who was wearing one of her hoodies, Sleeping and cuddling with her. She smiled shyly as she enjoyed the warmth of Jisoo,

Jisoo's hand twitched as Rosé could see Jisoo's eyebrows move a bit as she was dreaming. She looked so cute and Rosé wanted to take a picture but her phone was out of her reach, She slowly moved rather tried- to get Jisoo off of her.

"Chu" Rosé pokes her nose as Jisoo's face scrunched up a bit,

"Jisoo" ...

"Unnie-" Jisoo's eyes opened widely as Jisoo looked up at her angrily.

"Did you just Friend zoned me?" Jisoo lifts up her head offended,

"What if I did?" Rosé teasingly says

"I'm hurt" Jisoo dramatically grabs her chest and looks away. Rosé laughs and pulled her down for a hug, Both didn't have plans as Rosé requested a day off for Jisoo.

"Shouldn't you be at work?" Jisoo glanced at the clock,

"I have it off"

"Well then, I'll go wash up and make breakfast!" Jisoo smiled before getting out of bed as Rosé watched.

"Take a picture" She winked before closing the bathroom door,

"Ass" Rosé mutters.

Jisoo was washing her face when she suddenly stopped, She had been thinking about her dream last night.

It felt so real- The sound of the faucet running was the only thing making sound, She looked down at the running water and stared.

Why was that shown to her? What's the meaning of that? And lastly Is it true?

She closed her eyes for a brief moment and opened them looking up at her reflection from the mirror but- She wasn't wearing red today.

Matter in fact, She wasn't wearing a suit either. She reached her hand out as she knew her eyes were playing a trick on her, She could see the face expression change to a slight smile.

She took her hand back and shuts her eyes once more, only for it to disappear-

"Am I going insane?" She held her head as she saw her phone from the corner of her eye light up.

-Kitchen-

"Hello everyone" She waves as she saw Jennie and Lisa,

"Hey Chu!"

"Jisoo"

"What brings you both here?" Jisoo asks as she plops down next to Chaeyoung at the table.

"Bored~ I got nothing to do!" Jennie whines

"Making sure my Chaeyoung doesn't have any hickeys for her comeback soon." Lisa smirks,

"Shut up" Rosé warns her

"We don't-" Jisoo and Rosé looked at each other embarrassed.

"CUTEEE!" Lisa gushes,

"Are you joining us for breakfast Chu?" Jennie asks as she was behind the counter.

"I can't, I gotta do something real quick! But I'll be back before you know it!" She snapped her fingers as she now was gone,

"So Chaeyoung~"

"Oh god no." Rose groans

(Jisoo)

I was at a cemetery where Mina told me she'd be, I could see her figure sitting on a tomb looking down in a black dress.

"Jeongyeon!" I waved to her as I ran closer,

"Are you okay?" She didn't look good, She had bags and-

"She's gone"

"Who?" I asked, who would be gone?

"Nayeon" my heart broke again hearing that all over, Is that why-

"No, Stop the joke! It's not funny!" I said it has to be a joke! But, It's not. She didn't smile, She looked so lost, She was in pain.

"Jeongyeon-"

"I'm next Chu"

"What? No! Please!"

"I'm sorry Jisoo" No, Anything but her!

I hugged her tightly as I can to hear her chuckle,

"Don't be sad" Jeongyeon says as I could feel her hand stroking my back.

"I'll be back"

Jeongyeon looked up and smiled as she knew her time was now limited, She could feel Jisoo's body go up and down a bit. She hugged her tightly as all she would hear is light sobs,

"I'll be back before you know it" She says as she was holding back tears.

"I don't want to say goodbye"

"It won't, I promise it won't" But Jeongyeon knew that promise won't be fulfilled.
