A/N: I didn't get the opportunity to post yesterday, but I managed to get this chapter out today. This is the longest chapter yet. It took two hours to write and another half hour to proof read 😅. I hope you like it.

Disclaimer: I don't own the Percy Jackson franchise 😭. I only own any characters I create and most of the plot line.

Everyone was shocked to say the least. "There is no way she is Poseidon's. She's scared of water!!" I heard someone in the crowd say. "Yeah, but look at her eyes, they are just like Percy's" I hear another reply. I stay where I am, confused. My mum did say that the sea was the reason my father left. Is this what she meant?

"Everyone settle down!" I hear Chiron shout. "Percy, take Aria to your cabin. The rest of you go and get ready for bed. It is nearly lights out." With that, Chiron wheels away. I see Annabeth kiss Percy goodnight before Percy walks up to me. "Well" he starts as we begin walking, "looks like you are my sister! You should know that we have another half-brother. His name is Tyson, and he is a cyclops. He is really sweet, but he is also really childish. He lives down in the ocean, working for Dad, but he will probably come up here for a bit when he hears about you...." he trails off. I just nod my head along with everything he says. I have a brother, two brothers apparently. My dad is Poseidon. My dad is basically the embodiment of the thing I hate the most. The water has hurt me, why didn't he stop it? I am supposed to be a 'child of the sea', so why would the water hurt me?

I suddenly bump into Percy's back, he just chuckles at me. "Deep in thought?" he says. I just nod. "I get it. It can be kind of shocking when you learn who your parent is." We walk into a cabin that looks a bit like a beach house. I see a common area, with a couch and a fountain with weird coins on the ledge beside it. Then there is a little hallway with three doors. One on the left, one on the right, and one in the middle. "The door on the right is supposed to be the boys cabin, me and Tyson have beds in there. On the left is the girls, you can pick any of the beds. The middle door is the bathroom. You can go take a shower if you like. While you're in there I will go grab you a camp-half blood shirt. We wear them a lot" he explains. I nod and thank him before entering the room on the left. The room is long, with four sets of bunk beds, how many children do they expect the gods to have?! Then I remember the amount of people at the Hermes table at dinner, and it makes sense. Each bed has a large dresser across from it for clothes. I decide on the bottom bunk on the set farthest from the door. I go into my bag, grabbing a pair of pyjamas before heading out to shower, deciding to unpack after. Of course, I wouldn't have to shower in the first place if my new brother didn't decide to dump me in the ocean. The smell alone is enough to make my heart race.

The bathroom is nice. It has marble floors, tinted blue, with a large tub, which I avoid but can admit is nice, and a large walk in shower. I see the toilet through a door, and there is a sink with a waterfall faucet. There is also a couch across from the sink which is a pink, coral colour. I don't understand why it is there, but it looks nice. Overall it is really pretty. It smells like the sea, which sets me on edge, but I am just going to have to get used to that. I turn on the shower before stripping. I take a breath before darting under the water. I wash as quickly as possible, and hop out of the shower. I dry off with a towel I got from a rack beside the door. I slip on my pyjamas, black shorts with a blue long-sleeved pyjama top, and return to the girl's room. I walk to my bunk to see an orange shirt. I smile at it before going to my bag and pulling out a brush. I brush out my hair and head to the common area to explore a bit. When I get there, I see Percy standing by the fountain.... talking to someone? I look at him completely confused as he talks at the water. All of a sudden, I hear a female voice reply. I make a startled noise before trying to find the source of the voice. I hear Percy laughing at me and send him a glare. "Where the heck is that noise coming from?" I ask. He beckons me towards the fountain. "Demigods don't use phones, because they can attract monsters. Instead, we Iris message. When you throw a drachma, the currency of the gods, into a body of water and say a name, the goddess Iris will set up a chat with them." he explains. I nod, mostly understanding how it works, but wishing it didn't have to be water. "This" he says, "Is my mom, Sally Jackson." I reluctantly look into the water to see a brown-haired, blue-eyed woman staring out at me. She looks kind, and she smiles at me. "Hello Aria, it is nice to meet you. Percy was just telling me about you." I smile at her shyly before saying,
