Lemme just say like I am literally one of the most LAZIEST, most UNPRODUCTIVE , UNINSPIRED people you can find.
I want things to happen but I am always to ignorant to actually just go and do it... to bring about the change. So time to make change...

Some simple habits I will try implement :
- drink 2L of water daily
-exercise 5-7 times a week ( min. 20mins)
- 10k steps daily
- less junk food/ fried food
-5-a-day
- go to sleep earlier ( at least 7hrs if sleep)
- burn approx 300kcal per day
-16/8 intermittent fasting (I decided to eat from 11am to 7pm)

Now , we are all human and we all let ourselves go sometimes, whether it be letting your cravings get the better of you or not doing your exercise for the days. It's important for us to establish that when we do have these setbacks, to not get hungover them but instead see it as an eye-opener to get motivated again. We should acknowledge when we fall short; it's a healthy habit that will rewire your mindset in a positive one and in the long term, will make your journey a sustainable and healthy one.
It also helps ourselves to understand our needs and to remember that your self-worth is WORTH ALOT MORE than the numbers on the scale or the no. of cookies that you ate 😂
