So my current goal is to drop to 61kg by the beginning of September and this my journal for today:

Btw I'm just guesstimating these numbers- I don't have the time to count all the calories. But I just think it helps me have an overview of what I consume and burn off.

Also , I said I am asian so the food that I eat may be hard to describe cuz we eat with like side dishes and soup . And I just eat whatever my mom cooks so likeeee...

Breakfast:
-a bowl of mixed nuts blend (just random nuts blended together)
- a boiled egg
- homemade pork bun
——————- approx. 410 kcal ?

Lunch: 0
( I woke up in the afternoon so I had breakfast pretty late and we eat dinner early , like at 4, soooo)

Dinner:
-bowl of white rice
- stir fry vegetables: asparagus, celery
- cooked salmon
-stir fry black fungus (Dw it's an Asian thing)
- duck broth
——————- approx. 600kcal???? ( I just guess high for dinner cuz hard to estimate and it's my BIG BIG meal of the day)

Snacks:
- half a mango 🥭
-1 golden kiwi
———————— approx 155 kcal ?

Exercise:
-10k steps ( mostly leisure walking)
-Chloe Ting's 4 week summer shred #Day3 (32mins)

Total  estimated kcal : 1165
My personal RMR: 1621 kcal
Calories burnt(extra): 400
Estimated Calorie deficit : -856
(healthy deficit : 500-1000 daily but only when through exercise as well ,not just diet , because your body needs energy)

RMR is the amount of calories your body burns at resting rate; you can calculate it online. Through a BALANCE of diet and exercise I am trying to create a HEALTHY calorie deficit, to lose weight.

What I did well:
1)No junk food 👌
2) Met 10k steps
3) Met 2L of water

What I could improve :
1) I only ate 4 of my 5 a day.
2)Sleep earlier, wake up earlier.
