Still the same night...
"Uh...Nana..." Harith poked the pink haired Leonin who was busy cuddling with her pet duckling, Miss Periwinkles.
"Hmm?"
"Don't you think Miss Violet's in the powder room for too long??"
"Oh...you're right. Should we go and check??" After Nana said that, Harith blushed.
"I can't go in, Nana! I'll just be a lookout."
"Oh, you're right. Here, hold Miss Periwinkles." Nana said and put the duckling in Harith's arms.
"Why do I have to babysit this devil duck?!" Harith reluctantly accepted the duckling.
"Pretty please, Harith~ She might start crying and expose me! Don't bite Miss Periwinkles or I might get angry at you!" Nana cooed at the mauve eyed duckling.
"Ugh! Fine!" Harith grumbled.
"I'll be back!" Nana patted the duckling then Harith's head as well which caught him off guard.
Nana pricked her ears to check if there was palace servants or guests walking around. It was okay to tour around but she felt like acting as a secret agent on a mission. Nana hid behind the large statues when a kitchen maid walked by with a trolley of food.
Nana then crawled, rolled, and even cartwheeled until she reached the powder room. She slowly opened the door and looked around. Only one cubicle was being used.
FLUSH!!
"Miss Violet??" Nana knocked on the cubicle but it wasn't the person she was expecting.
"Nana?? The other cubicles were free you know. Tsk." It was Lylia. The girl walked towards the faucet and washed her hands.
"Oh sorry, Lyls. Have you seen Miss Violet?"
"M-Miss Violet?! Did she say something??" Lylia's face was bright red.
"Huh? Say what??" Nana tilted her head and recalled all her conversation with the auburn haired woman. But there wasn't anything notable aside from updates about Miss Periwinkles and the plant she gifted to Nana.
"N-Nothing...never mind that!"
"Hmm~~Is it really nothing?? I smell some delicious secret." Nana wiggled her eyebrows and circled around the twin-braided girl which made her all the more agitated. "Did you get a boyfriend or something??"
"Gosh! It's none of your business if I'm in a relationship or not!" Lylia got even redder than before. This leonin's guesses were spot on!
"It is my business cuz I'm your only girl friend at school!!"
"Ugh. I hate that you're right..." Lylia grumbled.
"Spill it!!" Nana shook the little witch's shoulders excitedly. "Spill the tea!!"
"Fine...Harley and I"
"Yeah???"
"....we're officially dating!"
As the two young witches gossip at the comfort room, Harith sat on the steps with Miss Periwinkles. He looked around before hugging the little black duckling.
"Hehehe! Miss Periwinkles, you're a wee fluffy angel! I didn't mean to be mean okay? So don't be mad and bite me~~" His tail wagged happily as he rub his cheeks on the duckling. The duckling's feather were so soft!
