Her footstep on the grass landing it softly like a petal. Breathing through the air she lets out a long sigh as from the grassy plains she stood there and watches the King carefully. As he dismisses his servants, he walks tiredly to the grave of Consort Bai as he places flowers on it and speaks to her.
"Are you well?" He asked her.
Sitting next to him she smiles and nodded her head.

"I miss you too."
Feeling that she was there with him he had finally turned to her and touches his heart.
"You're here aren't you?" He asked her. "I wish I could see you. Xiao Bai, I had a dream last night."
Her curious eyes look at him as he speaks.
"In another world, where we're meant to be. Where we love each other. How I long for that to be true." He added to her. "In a world, where we don't have to worry about fate."
She smiles wearily as she stands up.
"That world ceases to exist." She speaks.

When she had returned to the Nine Heavens she gives out a long sigh as Siming talks to her over a cup of tea.
"Your highness, please understand that-" Siming said as he pauses.
"I understand." She replied to him. "You don't have to tell me more than once. I'm not deaf you know."
Siming nodded as he pours her a cup of tea and handed her medicine.
"Dijun and you are not meant to be. As your highness can see the romance for every life you have exprience was sorrowful." Siming had said to her. "Is not too late to let go of that feeling-"
Feng Jiu gives out a quiet smile of mockery as she looks at Siming straight in the eye.
"You have no right to tell me how he's feeling. You're not Donghua Dijun. I wanted him to tell me that in person." Feng Jiu had added. "If our love is really not meant to be...then I'll pretend it never happens."
Hearing that Siming nodded his head as he lowers his head to bowed at her.
"Is good your highness understand," Siming muttered underneath his breath. "In the future, I hope you're able to find someone better."
Clutching her teacup she crushes it before using her magic to burn the medicine that Siming had given to her. These days she has been visiting him hearing him saying her name over and over again had given her a sense of hope that maybe deep inside his cold heart he did have feelings for her. He did love her. She wanted to believe that so bad, that she had drowned out all the words others had told her.
