Don't worry, I'll fix this.

This is an example of what my drafts usually look like before I make BIG changes to them, especially when I have writers block.

Enjoy!

I stared blankly as if into space. I remembered his short brown hair, freckles face, and bright blue eyes. He was the one, perfect in every way. My best friend. "(Y/N), you're getting coffee everywhere!" My coworker ran over to me to clean up the mess.

"I'm so sorry!! I'm just really tired," I said, helping her clean it up.

"It's fine, you should just be glad no customers are waiting on you," she huffed.

"I know," I said sighing.

Then I remembered the last time I saw him. Stale. Like crackers that have been opened and left overnight on the dining table. He wasn't who I knew him as, and unfortunately I left him stale.

"Get that man out of your head, it's been how many years now?" My coworker asked.

"I know, but I just can't shake the fact that I don't know if he's better, or happy, or whatever," I said. "He was my best friend, alright."

"Good morning ladies," our regular customer walked in. He was tall. Well, taller than me. And he was overall the most cutest and sweetest man ever.

"Eh, mornin' Mark," my coworker walked away.

"Gooooood morning Mark," I smiled widely. "Regular today?"

Mark giggled. "No, not today, I have a friend with me who wanted some coffee today, but I can't act like an old man already." He always had basic French Vanilla coffee.

"Ah, I see," I smiled. "Who's the lucky friend?"

"Oh, it's E-, sorry, I can't help but ask what's different about you?" He cocked his head to the side like a puppy dog.

"Nothing, that I know of."

"Nah, you put some makeup on, it's really pretty (Y/N)," he smiled. "Oh, and it's my friend Ethan, he said he used to have a friend here a while back and felt bad that he treated her badly and wanted to introduce me to her."

"Well, that's nice of him to come back home!" I smiled, unaware.

"Mark, are you already orderi-," the friend and I made eye contact. "Ohhh...heyyy," he said awkwardly.

"This can't be your friend right?" I asked.

"This is Ethan," Mark said, looking back at Ethan. "Awe man, I see it now."

"Mark, I wanted to introduce you to her, because she's absolutely perfect in every way. And she's like my sister, so don't ever ask me why I'm not going out with her."

"You're the cracker friend?" Mark lifted an eyebrow.

"I'm the what?!"

"Cracker friend. Like, the crackers you leave out all ni-."

"No, I know what you mean!" Ethan hushed me.

"I didn't know you still cared about me so much that you would try to get my customer to fall in love with me."

"Actually, that's not-."

"Actually, I'm already in love with her," Mark said to Ethan.

And I, flabbergasted, didn't know what to say.

"Well this is the start of anew chapter huh?"

"Meh, Tyler will probably join you in the endings too."

"You dang right," Tyler walked in, holding donuts.

"Hey, you know you can buy those here!" I said, almost throwing hands.

"You'd probably spit on them!" Tyler stuck his tongue out at me. "And Mark has my permission to be your boyfriend by the way."

"I didn't even ask," Mark joked.

"Does anyone ask him for permission?"

"Everyone asks him for permission!" Ethan spoke up, finally. "This is the end, alright, this is how we start guys!"

"Oi, donkeh."
