I remember that I was sleeping and heard my loud snore when I woke up in the night due to a storm. No one else was asleep but I and whatever dream I was having were interrupted. The phone rang loudly beside my ear and I shot up using my shirt to wipe my drool off from scrolling on Instagram the previous night...I completely forgot that it was.. that night...

Hehe, I was so excited for this trip, this trip was all of our well-earned money mixed so we could get a good camping spot and cabin for ourselves to live in. Everything was great... we even lived together at the time, four people with completely different personalities living together in harmony...what a joke.

"Get up sleepy head! You gon make us late!" My friend said busting through the door with one hand pointing at her wrist with a crooked grin on her face.
I don't remember how I got up whether it was slowly or quickly due to the rush but I left my phone on the bed..my phone...at the time it didn't have meaning it was cracked, it froze, and it was stubborn when it came to charging yet I kept the thing.
"I'll be there In a second.." I answered my voice groggy and so naive...

After I got up I went to the bathroom that was in my room. I was lucky I didn't share it with shedding Tsuki, Who's Tsuki? Hmph, you will know later. I thought it was a good idea that I shaved before I packed up, kinda stupid in my opinion, just prolonged the inevitable. After I finished with that I had to pack everything up, every little thing that I needed but my phone. Most of us weren't even taking a phone.

Before I knew it everyone was waiting for me, they were looking at me like a bunch of idiots as if they were proud that I was finally last for once but it was never fair when it came to them."Why so late..? Wouldn't it be better to leave in the morning? aren't you tired?" I said probably ready to curl up and go to sleep on the counter."We were too excited to go to sleep! Why not start driving now?"My friend said.
That cocky girl, I wish I could be that confident. It was sad that my arms were skinnier than hers but her brain couldn't be any smaller.
