AU; ↳ draco went to durmstrang while hermione went to hogwarts. draco knows blaise has a twin sister and that she goes to hogwarts but he has not seen her before – or so he thought?

It was a sunny day and Draco decided to walk instead of apparating to Blaise's manor to play some video games.

Ever since Blaise's long lost twin sister taught Blaise about a muggle thing called 'video games,' it didn't take long for him and Draco to be hooked to it.
Draco has always been curious as to who his best mate's twin sister was but every time he asks Blaise about it, he would just say she goes to Hogwarts and that Draco didn't know her. He just thought that Blaise didn't want Draco to know his sister since Draco had desperate girlfriend tendencies since only a few girls go to Durmstrang and none of then were his type.
His type was so Blaise's sister. From what he heard, she was very intelligent and that was exactly what he wanted.
He didn't want a clingy and dumb girl, no. He wanted a girl that was intellectually on the same level as him that would challenge him so that they could have witty debates as their way of bonding.
When Draco reached the Zabini manor, he was greeted by their house elf, Blinky.
"Good afternoon Master Draco. How can Blinky help you this fine day?"
"Good afternoon to you too, Blinky. Blaise and I are going to play video games today. Is he home right now?"
"Master Blaise had to run an errand at Mistress Pansy's. He said that Blinky should let Master Draco wait for him to come back."
An errand huh? If I didn't know better, I'd think Blaise just wanted to see his dear girlfriend, Pansy.
"Oh, okay. Can I come in?"
"Yes please, Master." Blinky said, opening the door wider for Draco.
Blinky followed Draco as he sat on the couch.
"Uh – you are dismissed now, Blinky. Thank you for your assistance."
"It's my pleasure, Master."
Blinky disappeared out of thin air and Draco just lied down on the couch when Mrs Zabini went in the living room.
"Oh my Merlin! Draco dear, you scared me to death!" Mrs Zabini exclaimed as she saw Draco laying on her couch.
"Hello, Mrs Zabini." Draco greeted her as he sat up and kissed her hand.
"Charming as always, I see."
Draco laughed.
"Of course, Dad would kill me if I he knew I didn't kiss a lady's hand when I meet her."
Mrs Zabini smiled. "You know you don't have to always act fancy around us, dear. We're not like those other royal pureblood families that would punish a kid just because he isn't showing proper manners. In this house, you get to be yourself."
"If you insist... and it's technically a manor."
Mrs Zabini laughed.
"Right, back to why you're here."
"Blaise and I were going to..." Draco replied but was speechless when a girl suddenly came down the stairs.

"Mom, this is too fit!" She exclaimed.
"Shhh...I think it's perfect, you look beautiful, Hermione. Hold on, I think I'm going to cry." Mrs Zabini said.
Draco was speechless by the beautiful girl in front of him.
"I almost forgot! Draco, this is my daughter, Hermione. Hermione, this is Draco, your brother's best friend."
Hermione looked at Draco.
"Oh..Hi, Hermione. I'm well...yeah my name's Draco and Blaise is my best friend." Draco said then he kissed Hermione's hand.
Hermione's face turned it to a bright shade of pink at Draco's charming little gesture.
"Anyways, Blaise and Pansy actually came up with this idea – to put you two together on a date and so shoo! Go somewhere, anywhere! Pansy and Blaise orchestrated this idea and didn't set a date for you two, so...I guess you should just think about that." And with that, Mrs Zabini said as she left the living room.
Draco cleared his throat.
"It's okay if you don't want to..." Draco turned to look at Hermione who was smiling.
"I want to," said Hermione.
She held out her hand so Draco took it and they walked hand in hand. Sometime during their walk, Draco somehow interlocked their fingers together.
"Where are we going, Draco?" Hermione asked him when they were outside the gate.
"Just...follow my lead, I know a place. And based from what I've heard about you, I think you'll love it." Draco said.
"Whatever you say, Dray."
When they arrived at the apparition point, Draco pulled Hermione closer to him, then he wrapped his arms around her waist. Their faces were so close that their noses were touching. Both laughed and looked at each other's eyes before they disappeared.

btw to clear things up, blaise goes to durmstrang while pansy goes to hogwarts. hermione and pansy are good friends but aren't that close. but close enough for pansy to know her type.
