It was the morning of Draco and Hermione's anniversary and so Hermione set up a small surprise for Draco in their room.
She made a little photo collage of their most precious memories. Hermione bought a picture frame and put the pictures one by one.
Then, she used a paint marker and wrote the words Always and Forever.
She was super excited for her boyfriend to wake up and see what she did but she let him get his beauty rest, anyway. Hermione tried her best to be quiet so Draco wouldn't wake up, but her excited squeals betrayed her.
Draco fluttered his eyes open and saw his girlfriend looking at him, lovingly.
"Hermione?"
"Happy 4th anniversary, love!" She said, pulling Draco into a tight hug.
Draco smiled as he wrapped his arms around her waist, "happy anniversary, I love you."
"I love you too."
"Aww, thanks for the gift, love. I bought a necklace online but it isn't arriving till Wednesday. Any plans for today?" He asked.
"Got everything planned, don't worry."
"But that's my job..." Draco pouted.
"Aww, baby, you always shower me with gifts and take me out to dates. This time, I'm taking you on a date."
"Alright — " Draco gave in.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She hugged him again.
" — but, it's only because I love you and not because I actually want you to, okay?"
"Yes, yes, yes!!!"
"Go, love. Take a shower and get ready, I'll cook us some breakfast."
"You're the best, love!" Hermione said before zooming out to the bathroom.
Draco smiled as he made their bed.
After that, he made them both breakfast. Ever since Draco and Hermione moved in together, it was always him who cooked since he was good at it. She would try to cook sometimes, though, but it would always not end well.
Pancakes and Coffee was their go-to breakfast and so that was what Draco made.
He was flipping the pancakes when he felt two small arms snake around his waist.
Draco instinctively turned the both of them around so he was facing her.
Hermione was blushing as the only thing covering her body was her towel.
"Don't scare me like that, baby." Draco said, wrapping his arms around her waist.
He kissed Hermione's forehead which made Hermione giggle. "Sorry, love. I couldn't help it, you looked so focused on your cooking."
Draco lifted her and set her on their counter.
"Just...stay there."
