When Donevan, Mykahil, and Marcus were done looking at the studio for rent, Mykahil went to Lynn's apartment. He sighed as he walked in the door and leaned against the door. He didn't know that Donevan's words would affect him so badly. He never thought he was handsome or sexy. Mykahil has always been somewhat shy. The only people he talks to is his friends mainly. His job just requires him to answer the phone when it rings. He never really knew what a compliment was if it was from a woman or man. Everyone has always told him he would look sexier if he cut his hair and changed his clothes but he knew deep down who he was. He wasn't afraid to admit that part to himself what he was afraid to admit was that he didn't particularly like the female gender. He told Donevan that he was attractive in a no homo bro kind of way, but he was scared. He knew everyone would love him just as he is.

"Hey, you ok?" Lynn asked.

"I will be fine." Mykahil sighed.

"You sure? You seem...off" Lynn trailed.

"Well...funny story. According to your man, I am a very attractive man." Mykahil said.

"You are. I wont deny it Mykahil." Lynn chuckled.

"Haha keep laughing. He said that I am every man's dream or something like that. Then said I had a nice smile, pretty eyes, a nice body, good hair all while walking around me. Lynn, I am not sure how I feel about it. It actually made me happy," Mykahil smiled.

"Aw there's that pretty smile." Lynn said. Lynn was having issues. He wanted Donevan so badly would he risk something so bold as to try something different?

"Ahem," A deep voice cleared its throat. Lynn looked up to see Donevan leaning against the door frame, "am I missing something?"

"Donevan, uh..." Lynn said. Mykahil was just staring between the both of them.

"I was having trouble with a contact, he was helping me see if he could put it back over my pupil." Mykahil said, he wasn't lying he did wear them the only time he didn't wear them was when it was a weekend and he had his glasses on.

"Oh, I wasn't worried about anything Mykahil. Just thought it was amusing that the guy I'm falling for looks like he could eat you up for dessert." Donevan said.

"I-uh, you see-oh never mind. I will be back Lynn." Mykahil sighed and walked off agitated. He bumped into Donevan and whispered, "I do have contacts and I wasn't going to try anything with him. Your words just confused me and I wanted clarification."

"Mykahil wait" but it was too late he already walked out the apartment building and into the nice spring air. He was so confused and lost. He was never confused or lost in his whole life. But tonight proved him wrong. He just walked around the trail at the park and stopped at a wooden bench.

Mykahil sat down for a while, his head tilted up and looking at the sky.

"Woah, this looks familiar." A voice said.

"It does," Another said.

"Mason...this is how you looked." The voices kept talking and Mykahil had enough he got up so fast that the stars were spinning.

"Woah slow down. Its us Lucas and Mason." Lucas said.

"Oh, hi guys," Mykahil said.

"Ooh, spill," Lucas gushed.

"Uh no." Mykahil said.
"Please," Lucas begged.

"Fine, your friend put a new perspective on me. He was like eye raping me but wasn't." Mykahil said, "he gave me compliments. I actually liked it, I mean he is trying to get Lynn. I don't know I just don't know anymore. Ugh, its so confusing. He called me handsome and every mans wet dream. So, yeah..." Mykahil trailed off.

"Sounds so familiar. Like are you sure you aren't gay or anything like that? You totally look the part." Mason said.

"Yeah, he does. But no going after Mason. We did get married earlier than everyone else. Anyways, Donevan has always said things without thinking. He isn't trying for a rebound but Lynn really isn't making any moves either. Look, I am not saying try and go out with a guy to experience but I am saying don't go experience it with Donevan. He has already had his heart broken once and that was hell as it." Lucas said, all while looking at Mykahil, "gasp...you do like Donevan huh?"

"Is it obvious? But he wants Lynn. Lynn wants him. So...I am not going to stand in the way." Mykahil sighed and sat down looking at the sky, "I should just go back to my hometown. Nothing seems to work out as is. I am not a dominant looking guy. Donevan is, and Lynn...I am going to go." He said to Mason and Lucas, walking away from the one person who could tip him on his axis.

"Shit, what did you do?!" Mason asked Donevan.

"Nothing really, why?" Donevan questioned.

"Dude, he is totally having a one sided love. But hey its ok, he is going back to his hometown." Lucas piped up.

"When?" Lynn asked coming into the living room.

"I don't know. He said he was going to go back" Lucas shrugged.

"Oh my goodness. I didn't think he would actually go back." Lynn said.

"Why's that?" Mason piped up.

"Because, the one thing that made him leave is still there." Lynn sighed rubbing a hand down his face, "I will go find him. You guys stay here." Lynn then left to go find his friend. He wasn't sure why Mykahil wanted to go back, there was nothing there for him. His parents died a few years ago, his old ex was still there and no one really ever cared for him.

Lynn walked to a hotel were he saw Mykahil's truck parked. He walked into the front reception area and asked for his room number. With a thousand questions and a call to Mykhail's room he was finally able to go up.

"Mykahil," Lynn said coming through the door, "what's wrong really?"

"Nothing, I am fine." he said as he was pacing around the room.

"No you aren't. I know you, when you are thinking of something you pace around and that is what you are doing now." Lynn said.

"Lynn, I really don't know what is going on with me. I have been so lost and confused and when Donevan gave me that compliment I was just floored, I don't know how to react." Mykahil sighed running a hand through his hair.
"Do you like him?" Lynn asked.

"What?" Mykahil asked shocked.

"Do you like Donevan?" Lynn asked again.

"He is yours." Mykahil pointed out.

"We aren't even dating," Lynn told him, "look yes I like Donevan but I don't like him that way only as friends,"

"Wait what?" Mykahil asked with a confused look on his face.

"Its true, there really is only platonic feelings for him." Lynn said with a shrug.

"Oh." was all Mykahil could say.

Little did both men know that Donevan had secretly followed them to the room, he sat down by the door and heard everything. Donevan had tears running down his face, because he knew that he really did like both men. One problem though...he was just like Mykahil. He liked Lynn...not Mykahil.
