Lynn and Marcus were in class when someone so unfamiliar came in. They both looked at each other and back at their new professor. He had blonde hair and blue eyes so blue they looked like the ocean. He looked really young to be a professor.
"Lucas Wellington Kyre Glint!" Someone bellowed at him. Lucas just stood there smiling and laughing. So, this wasn't the professor, another student maybe.
"What Donevan? Come on, its university!" Lucas said. Lynn and Marcus just stared wide eyed as both men squared up to each other but you could see the playful glint in their eyes.
"Ugh, lets go...your boyfriend will think you ran off and joined the circus." Donevan said and grabbed his wrist but not before eyeing Lynn and Marcus together.
"Ooh if looks could kill!" Lucas all but yelled. Donevan walked very fast with Lucas trailing behind him.
"I'm sorry." Lucas said at last making Donevan stop and regain his control.
"It's fine. I mean..." Donevan didn't say a word after that he just walked away. Meanwhile, back in the classroom that Lucas actually had he spotted Lynn and Marcus.
"Hi," Lucas said smiling.
"Hello," Marcus said but Lynn was looking at the door expecting Donevan to show up.
"Don't bother, he isn't in this class." Lucas told them. Mason then walked in a little while later and walked up to Lucas and kissed him, in front of Lynn and Marcus.
"Dayum...get it son!" Marcus whooped then grunted.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Lynn whisper yelled. Lucas and Mason just laughed and soon enough class was over and they headed to the café.
"Hey, did you see Josiah, Mykahil, and Ryan?" Lynn asked.
"They are here, turn around." Marcus pointed out. They were all laughing and talking until Lucas and Mason showed up.
"So, here is the deal...ah hell I don't know anymore." Lucas said frustrated, "he is acting like it is a big deal."
"Who?" Josiah asked.
"Donevan. He was sick a few years ago and our douche bag of a friend was screwing some girl when Donevan came home and literally yelled and beat him up. Then that ass decides to go to Florida and get engaged to a dude." Lucas said with all drama and flare.
"Hun, calm down." Mason whispered in his ear.
"It just isn't right! Donevan could have died on us!" Lucas said a little too loudly and next thing he knows he is on his back with Donevan in his face.
"I know I could have died, chill dude." Donevan said calmly and helped Lucas up. "Hey Mason."
Mason just nodded and looked over to Lucas who was talking weird stuff with Josiah and Mykahil while Lynn was staring at Donevan and Marcus and Mason staring at them.
After eating at the café everyone left except for Donevan, he just sat there staring outside in deep thought.
"So, this Kaden guy really fucked him over huh?" Josiah said as they all walked back to campus.
"Yeah, I mean they are still friends but it was bad. Well, besides the cancer. Kaden told him that no one will ever love him again because he had cancer and there is a chance he could get it again." Mason sighed and looked behind him to see Donevan trailing along very slowly. "He always walks slower in the winter time. You see, he is still slightly underweight and even with the meds he is always cold too."
Everyone was quiet and stopped until Donevan caught up with them. He put his arm around Mason and the other around Lynn. Lynn was shocked but didn't say anything, Donevan's breath was becoming a bit labored and he had to stop multiple times.
