———— Nolani P.O.V. ——————
It's kind of odd not talking to my friends.. for this long. Tonight is our favorite event at the school tonight, the pep rally. Mostly because, we hold our own booth there. It was formerly me and Willow, but we wanted to add Lai for this year. We're juniors and I just wanted this year to be our best. We can never get things to be.. not weird anymore.
That's life for you.. but my friend Jasmine invited me to go with her. I said yes of course.. only because of the fact I have nothing else to do. So, while i'm in the mist of getting ready. I receive a call from the number again, I ignore him. I'm so tired of him playing games with me. The strings stopped with me, I cut the strings. Me and him have no more connection, even if does end up doing something. I'm always looking out.. got to keep an eye out for anything.
While i'm on my way to the school, I decide to take my moms car. Just because.. me and walking doesn't fit eachother anymore. I get in my mom's car and think to myself — being behind a wheel, instead of just walking to school was very weird. For me of course, I took and deep breath and started driving towards the school.
As I arrive, I walk into the school. The halls where so empty, I heard my own footsteps. It started getting a little creepy, I heard the crowd so I started running towards the door that led me straight to the football field. As I open the door to the field — all I saw was blood and dead bodies that laid there on the track. The field lights were flickering, wondering how I got into the night so quickly. I stepped onto the field and looked at the massacre my friends and I caused. My heart dropped all in that moment again — "Hey Lani." I heard a familiar voice say.
I look behind me and it's Jasmine "Are you okay?" She says. Um.. yeah, I- I'm fine. "Well — we should go to the gym." Why the gym? I asked. "They thought the football field would be a little — too controversial. My faced filled with shock, that the school cared this much.
Arriving in the gym — it was so loud but i'm used to it to be honest. I was mostly looking for Willow and Lai — they both should've been here. Are they seriously avoiding me now? What is that about — honestly though. If you didn't want to be a part of helping me finding Mikey. Could've just said so.
Anyways I came here to let all of my thoughts out of my head for once. Exactly what i'm going to do — I go into the stands and sees Eric letting out his fake smile. No one knew it but I did.
I wish I could fake a smile and a laugh just as good as him. Too bad though, i'm not that good at faking things.

————— Willow P.O.V. ——————
Being in this place doesn't hold a toll against me anymore. I guess what i'm saying is.. i'm used to it by now..
Nolani and the others may think i'm avoiding them but, I can't really help it anymore. I wish I could just tell them but — there's not way. At all. I get no visits from my mom, that's why I never believed her fake ass tears she shed for me. "I miss my friends." I sighed and said. I really really miss Addilyn. Her beautiful face. I love her so much.
Narrator—
Addilyn is shown at Willow's doorstep. Willow's mom came to the door and looked at Addilyn with a raised eyebrow. She knew what Addilyn and Willow had going on, "May I speak to Willow please, she hasn't been picking up her phone." Willow's mom replied with such a — attitude. "Oh I know." Her mom said slamming the door in Addilyn's face. "The — fuck?" Addilyn said as she grabbed her phone and called Willow, but no one answered of course. "Where the fuck are you Willow.. please."
———— Nolani P.O.V. —————
As the day came to an end, I loved to see how our town still acted so normally after everything we've been through. While I was sitting, watching the band playing their instruments. Eric came to sit beside me.
"You know.. I see you're not really having the best time tonight." He said to me. — Yeah, can't really have one after everything. It's just.. hard I guess. I explain to him. "Yeah, I totally understand that."
Enough of me though, how have you been. "Well i'm staying.. alone. Since my dad left the town due to his little thigh incident." He said whispering in my ear. He asked me if I've talked to Mikey in a while.
He told me to drop by after I left here. I'm getting ready leave soon anyways. I'll see you later, Eric. "See you, Lani." When Nolani left out of the gym, Eric got up and made a phone call. To who though..? The narrator says.
Leaving out of the gym I see Jasmine talking yo someone, I really don't know of course. I walk up to her to tell her that i'm leaving. Hey.. Jasmine, i'm heading out for the night. "Oh shit, okay. See you later." As she said those words to me, the man she was talking to me was staring at me with this startling smile.
"Oh yeah, Nolani meet my friend Jack. From my old school. He's pretty cool." Jasmine said to me. Nice to meet you Jack.. As I say that I head home.
Walking down my street, I see a car following. I start running towards Mikey's home. As I make it, two people come out from the side of Mikey's home. They start running after me.. "What the fuck". Turning around I bump into a man with a mask, "never, ignore my calls again. Ms. Lani." He says to me.
I never walk around without a weapon.. I secretly pull out a knife and stabs the man in the guts. I would've ran to Mikey house but the people were too close. So I ran towards the other houses that was near mine. I banged on the doors, none of them answered. I went from house to house. Luckily, I saw Willow and Lai.
I ran towards them and screamed for them to help me. We was ready to take them both on — weird thing was. They had on their homecoming dresses. The dresses they wore when we fought the shadows a few months ago. Soon, it was clear that I was hallucinating.
Willow and Lai were actually two gang members that kicked me in the guts and tied my wrists and ankles together. They then dragged me and put me in their trunk. Yep.. I was always supposed to be the next one to get took. Maybe it's actually my turn to die now. My friends won't know where I am, because I don't know where Lai nor Willow is. So they wouldn't even look for me. Mikey.. left clueless.

phone dialing.. —phone goes to voicemail box.—
Hey Lani, I thought you were supposed to be coming over today. I said talking through the voicemail for Nolani's phone. I really miss you and the others. Get back to me.
