(Choi Seungcheol's PoV)

-Jeonghan was finally transferred to a private room after being treated at the emergency room. He received multiple shots for his infection, a minor surgery for the laceration on his head and antibiotics to bring down his fever. The doctors observed him until dawn and now we are already allowed to be with him.

"Have some proper rest Josh, ako ng magbabantay sa kanya"

-I placed a soft pat on joshua's shoulders and he straight away reject my offer.

"No. I'll be here with him until he gets better"

-he hold on into Jeonghans hands, slightly placing it on his cheeks giving it a careful peck. Napabuntong hininga nalang ako.

It's not the right time to argue, we all feel the same.

"Okay then. I'll use the couch. You can sleep on that chair"

-I slowly turned my back and head towards the soft cushion. I don't think I'll be able to sleep peacefully tonight. I'm still bothered by the fact that Mingyu is still roaming around. What if he barged in and took Jeonghan away? That can't happen for the second time. Not in my watch or this time I'll surely kill him.

"Shit!"

-I cursed out loud and sprang from my seat when the door suddenly open. Dokyeom only looked at me with wide eyes, probably lost of words and when he finally realized what is happening he immediately extended his arms to tell me to calm down.

Shit I almost attacked him! He showed me the plastic on his hands.

"I bought some instant food. Kumain na muna kayong dalawa"

-He placed it on the center table and come closer to seat beside me.

"You're not going home?"

-I eyed at him curiously. Why is this guy always sticks around us? I'll never forget what he has done for us, malaki ang utang na loob ko sa kanya but still he doesn't have to do this with us.
He responded with a polite "no"

"Why tho?"

"I'm glad to help. It might be hard for you to take turns specially if you have to run some errands so I'm here. You can ask me to buy you foods or get your clothes"

-I can't believe this. Normally an outsider wouldn't care this much right? Dahan dahan akong bumalik sa pagkakaupo. Siguro nga concern lang talaga sya, Han looks really sick when we rescued him and that might be the reason why he care as much as we do.  Ipinatong ko ang siko ko sa arm rest at nanghalungbaba habang nagpapabalik balik ang tingin ko sa kanila ni Joshua.

Or there's something between them. Isn't it? Or is it one sided? Joshua's a straight guy, though he already ended his little relationship with Elle I don't think it is because he likes the guy beside me.

Is it the other way around?

"Do you like him?"

-Dokyeom almost jumped from his seat before he realize Joshua is already walking towards the center table. Getting whatever dokyeom bought. I'm sure he heard me.

"What are you saying? We are friends"

"I know. Friends can like each other"

-He looked away with this flushed face and pretended to scroll on his Hand phone.

It's obvious

What the hell?

This is getting my attention

"Go home dokyeom-ah"

-Joshua finally spoke. He had his back facing us. He still eats while watching Jeonghan and I think that's adorable. My heart hurts so much from what happened earlier but I was able to calm down a little, apparently Joshua is not like that. He's still on high alert even though we are already safe in here. I fully understand him.
