(You may all be wondering what a Mjaponji is and just to clear up your confusion in this chapter, let me explain. A Mjaponji is a moonshadow elf binding doctor person. It IS made up and not actually a part of the series. But basically, it's just a binding doctor. Like how we have doctors for different things, so do they and that's what a Mjaponji is. 😁)
THE NEXT MORNING . . .
Ez: *wakes up first out of the group that morning and goes down stairs. Neither Ethari or Rayla are up yet.* What?
(Ezran goes over to table and finds note)
"Rayla has gotten sick. We are at the Mjaponji. Ask around. You'll find us."
Ezran: (softly) Oh no. *runs up stairs* Guys!
Soren: *comes out of room rubbing eyes* Ezran are you okay?
Ezran: No! *shows him note*
Soren: *reads it and starts banging on Callum's door* Callum!!!
Callum: WHat?!
Soren: It's Rayla!
(door bursts open)
Ezran: *hands Callum note*
Callum: *reads it and looks up at Soren and Ez* Where's the Mjaponji?
Soren: Let's find out. Claudia! Claudiaaaa!
Claudia: *comes out if room* WHAT, Soren. WHAT. *looks at all their faces* What is going on? *notices Rayla is gone* Where's Rayla?
Ez: She's sick.
Claudia: What?
Callum: *hands her note*
Claudia: *reads it* Oh no. Well, what are we waiting for? *starts running downstairs.* C'mon!
(Everyone follows her)
(They all run to town square)
Callum: *tries to stop elf woman* Excuse me where's the Mjaponji?
Soren: What even is the Mjaponji?
Callum: I don't KNOW, Soren?! Okay? I don't KNOW. But, right now we're trying to find Rayla!
Claudia: *to a group of teenagers* Please help us, we're looking for-
Random Elf Boy: Hey! Are you a human!?
Elf girl: *narrowed eyes* Yes she is. How'd you get in here!
Random Elf Boy: There're ALL humans!
Elf girl 2: HOW did you get in here?
Nadian: (pushes through group of teenagers) Callum!
Callum: Oh my gosh! Nadian!
(Run towards each other)
Callum: Nadian, Rayla's in trouble.
Nadian: *pales* What?
Callum: She-she, well you probably know this anyway but, uh, her Sifuri thingy is tightening and she's getting really sick. This morning we got this note *pulls it out of his bag* and we think it's from the Ethari. He says that they are at the Mjaponji but we don't even know where or what that is.
Nadian: I do. I'll show you. *looks up. Sees the others* Uhhhh, who are you?
Callum: They're with me.
Nadian: *starts running* Okay then! C'mon!
(Everyone follows)
