Chapter 9 - Where Did The Party Go?

Ryan's Pov.

I woke up in Phoenix's bed. I got up and looked around her room. I noticed a package in the corner of the room and I walked towards it. There was a note that read 'Dear Phoenix, Happy 18th Birthday. Lots of Love Patrick and Brendon xoxox.'. I walked out of Phoenix's room and knocked on Brendon's door. "Come in." I heard someone say faintly. I opened the door to see Phoenix and Brendon laying in bed together watching TV. "Phoe, there is a gift thingy in your room." She nods and I walk out. "Hey." I turn back around to see Phoenix standing in the doorway in her Pj shorts and a overly sized tank top from Brendon. "Yeah?" I reply. She walks up to me and hugs me tightly. I hug her back saying "What was that for?" She shrugs her shoulders. "I have no idea. I felt like hugging you." I reply by hugging her even tighter. She is taller than me and she kissed my forehead. She let go of me and walked into Brendon's room and then dragging him out into her room. "Ryan. Get Patrick please. Love ya!" Phoenix says. I go and get Patrick. I knock on his door and say. "Patrick, Phoenix want's you." He opens the door and says 'Thanks' Before running down to Phoenix's room. I follow and got told to get Karrie so I shouted though the curtain and she immediately came in. Phoenix sat on her bed with Brendon next to her. She was about to open the present when she got a phone call. She ignored it and opened her present. This time it was mainly from Patrick. In the present was loads of band merch and other random things that probably meant a lot to her. I walked out into the living room to retrieve my present for her that I wasn't able to give to her yesterday. I hid it under the sofa cushions and walked back into Phoenix's room. "Hey, Phoenix I got you this." She looked up at me then at the gift. I walked over to her and passed her the gift. Once she opened it she started crying and came running up to me hugging me not letting go. I hugged her back and looked at Brendon who was smiling. She let go eventually and looked back at the gift. She found a place to put it and sat it on her bedside table. She looked at it and kept smiling whilst crying happy tears. A photoframe of Lyrics. Phoenix's Pov.

Everyone but Brendon left my room. Brendon turned me around wiping the tears of my face and pressing his soft gentle lips against mine. I stare back at the Lyrics. Not much I know but it is important to me. All it says is 'Hey Moon Please Forget To Fall Down, Hey Moon Don't You Go Down. Sugar Cane In The Easy Morning, Weathervanes My One And Lonely' These lyrics are my life. These lyrics saved me and these lyrics will keep me alive for as long as possible. I hugged Brendon and snuggled into his bare chest. I felt warmth on my face from the heat of his chest. I get up and get changed into a Fall Out Boy top, galaxy vans, Red Skinny Jeans and all of my bracelets from bands. I walk into the living room taking a slice of toast that Brendon just put down and eating it like I haven't ever been fed. "Party in 2 hours! I can't believe it is already 12.30pm. Wow!" Patrick says. I laugh knowing that Karrie and me are so excited. I can't wait until I see all of my other favourite band members.

-Party Time-

The first to arrive was Elsie but her nickname is Ellie. Then Alex-Leigh we call her Leigh then Vanessa we like to call her Van. Then around 1hr later the Bands start flooding in like never before! I totally didn't fangirl nope. Then all of a sudden this girl I haven't seen for years walks in. "Phoenix?" She stares at me. "Yeah that's me good old Phoenix, are you Beth as in old band member Beth?" God if it is she has changed. "Yep good old Beth haha." "It feels like a century!" As I say this guess what happens yeah you probably guessed right Patrick overheard me say 'Century' so yeah he starts singing 'Centuries'. "PATRICK SHUT UP YOU ARE GODDAMN AWFUL!" Pete says messing around. So then Brendon sings 'I write sins not tragedies' because Pete said Goddamn. So yeah this fight thingy kinda happened for about 30 minutes most until Gerard got annoyed and told Pete to put the music on so we ended up listening to all of the bands that was here. There was a slight knock on the door that I just managed to hear. Once I opened it my mouth was wide open with excitement as to who was standing in my door. The All-American Rejects and 30 Seconds To Mars! I let them in and they handed me a gift and of course concert tickets!
