Chapter 5 - A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More "Touch Me"

Brendon's pov.

Once we got in last night, the girls crashed out on the sofa and we picked them up bridal style and carried them to their rooms. Me and Patrick went into the living room and sat down putting the TV onto Kerrang!. "Patrick, who should take our names?" I ask him. "Brendon I thought they was gonna take both of our names so Phoenix-Melody Emily Jackson Stump-Urie, ok that's quite long, Karrie Jordan Autumn Stump-Urie, I like Karrie's name that's cute." Patrick says. "I think I should take Phoenix as mine and you have Karrie. So meaning Karrie Jordan Autumn Stump and Phoenix-Melody Emily Jackson Urie, see they are both cute and easier to remember, although I'm gonna ask if Phoenix is gonna change her name so it's shorter, it's just so long!" I emphasize that last bit. Patrick laughs and says "Ok, im tired and gonna go to bed, because it's late and I'm tired, like I said already." He walks to his room upstairs, whilst Phoebe and Kara are downstairs, yeah the house is wired, my room is downstairs, Patrick moved out of his room for Phoebe and Kara, sweet right! I turn off the TV and stumble to my room. I open the door and jump into bed, not bothering to get changed, i rest my head on the pillow and feel sleep take over.

---In Dream---

I was on a cloud when my manager came over and sat next to me, I tried to talk to her but she ignored me, Phoenix sat the other side of me and she ignored me to, Karrie and Patrick was facing me and they ignored me to. I see a vicar, he started to say "We are gathered here today to see Brendon Urie a loved and cared for man who looked after everybody and a well known musician, everyone will be truly devastated to see him go especially people really close and his cared fans, Im sorry to see him go, he was an idol to many, many people. God Bless Brendon Urie, Amen." Wait so im dead, I walk over to the coffin to see my dead body once and for all, so wait I'm a ghost now! I see myself get lifted up and placed under ground and them dirt pilling on top of my lifeless body. So I'm a ghost.

I jolt up and walk into the bathroom, seeing my reflection in the mirror, oh good im not a ghost. I walked out to see Phoenix on my bed, "Hey, Morning Brenny, Patrick said you wanted to talk to me and put some clothes on!" I realize I'm only in my boxers! "Wait, don't you have a crush on me? A girl would swoon over the sight of this!" I say joking around, she grabs a pillow and chucks it at me and I managed to get hit in the face with it. "Yeah i like you but i can't anymore you are my parent! Now put some clothes on, it's kinda cringy to see you partly naked for my parent, well it's just wrong really." Wait she likes me, the next thing I knew was I was getting hit but my Top and Jeans, wait I thought i slept in this, well obviously not? I put them on and sat on the bed next to Phoenix "So what did you want to talk about?" She asks, "Well last night me and Patrick was talking and I was thinking you could take my last name, but I was thinking making your name shorter because of how long it is, but i don't want you to have my last name now." I say not really understanding what i just said. "Wait, so you don't want me to have your last name? Do you hate me?" Shit. "Phoenix I don't hate you but I think it would be weird if you have my last name because I would like to date you!" She sits there shocked, I don't know what to do . "Oh My God, I'm so sorry, I just didn't think properly, it could never work, God I'm such an idiot..." I get interrupted by Phoenix's lips touching mine, she pulls back "Well only if you wanted it to work it could. Brendon, I can change my name to Urie and still love you, Love is not a choice." She is right, "Hey you just quoted one of my songs girls/girls/boys! Ok so Phoenix-Melody Emily Jackson Jubilee will you be my girlfriend, change your name and take mine?" I ask. "Brendon of course!" "Thanks Phoebe, I really love your nickname it's so cute." She laughs and I tilt her head to look at me and press my lips against hers, and of course during the process Patrick and Karrie are at my door looking at us. We pull apart to see them staring at us intensely. "Brendon Boyd Urie and Phoenix-Melody Emily Jackson Jubilee, What on earth are you doing?!" Patrick says really annoyed, oh God this needs an explanation!
