"Are you nuts? Why did you punched him? You're 16 and his 21! He's physique is obviously bigger and stronger! What are you thinking!?" I nagged at Uranus while we're ascending the stairs.

"Your loud voice hurts more than this, just so you know." he wiped away the blood on his lips.

I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. Naabot na namin ang pinto ng kaniyang kwarto pero wala akong balak na iwanan siya.

"Go to your room. I'll buy your cheesecake some other time." and he opened the door.

Pumasok ako sa kwarto niya at umupo sa kaniyang kama. He sighed and closed the door.

"Just rest, Ingrid. I can handle myself."

"Can you hear yourself? You can handle yourself!? You can't even handle your temper!"

He only smiled.

"Do you have a first aid kit here?" I asked.

"I'm not sure." tumabi ito ng upo sa akin at ginulo ang buhok ko.

"Why did he punched you back? Buti isa lang. And you're a minor!"

"I can fight, Ingrid. Your twin is not weak." humiga ito sa kaniyang kama.

I looked back a bit to face him and rolled my eyes.

"Duh, you're so bobo on that part. It's obvious that you can't beat him. Pasalamat ka, nakaawat agad si Eli."

His brows furrowed, "Eli? First name basis? You should call him Kuya."

"Whatever. I'll just call manang to treat you." tumayo na ako at pumunta sa pintuan.

I held on the doorknob but I stopped.

"Just... don't do it again. It hurts more to see you hurt than seeing him hugging other girl. Just so you know too." and I walked out of his room.

Nasaktan na nga ako sa nakita ko, hahayaan ko pa bang masaktan ang kambal ko? No way! I sighed and went to my room.

I was sleeping when I felt my phone vibrated beside me. I checked it only to see that I received a text from my cousin. It's nearly midnight!

From: Bella

"Veni! I'll be home this week! Let's go to a bar on Friday! My treat. xoxo! Invite Ran!"

Nabuhay ang diwa ko dahil sa nabasa ko. She's coming home! We'll see each other again! OMG! Finally! I replied 'okay' and smiled. A breath of fresh air, I guess. Seems like good things still happen.

Friday came and I'm feeling nervous. Later at  eight, we'll be going to a bar with some of our friends. It will be my first time. Kinakabahan ako. Fortunately my parents allowed us as long as Uranus will tag along. Well, he's also required to come.

I dialed her number. Nasa bansa na rin naman siya, now we can communicate easily.

"Ven! What's up?" her voice sounds energetic as always.

"La! Will it just be the three of us?" I asked.

"Hmm, I don't think so. I invited some of my friends here and asked them to invite their friends." ohh, so there'll be older boys? I laughed at my thought. Boys agad? What am I thinking?

She's older, obviously. She's 20 and we're just 16. Wala naman problema sa pagpasok dahil sila ang may-ari ng bar.

"So, friends of friends?"

"Yeah, is it fine?"

"Sure! It's a welcome party for you! I just asked so I will know what I'll wear." I laughed.

Atleast I'll wear more decent clothes. Most of her friends are boys back then, I don't really know though if she gained more girl friends now. And Uranus won't like it if I wear too revealing clothes.

"You're always hot, Ven." she chuckled.

"La naman e! Lumalaki ulo ko."

"My baby is showing. How I miss your voice." here she comes with her ate instinct.

"Whatever. We'll be there at the said time."

"Alright. See you!" binaba ko na ang tawag.

Tonight, I can drink hard liquors! I'm excited and thrilled. I know I'll be safe, Bella and Uranus are there.
