"And?" I asked.

"I said, you're a minor." he said and went nearer.

"That's why I asked and? So what? I'm a minor, yes, and then?"

I know his point, obviously. I'm a minor and I shouldn't be here. I'm sure he knows that Bella is my cousin. Maybe.

"What are you wearing?" his brows furrowed.

"Uhh... clothes?" I sarcastically replied.

Lumakad pa ulit siya palapit sa akin and I know too well that I want to step back. His power is too much. Nakakalilyo. Nakakapanginig.

But my eyes only see him. My nervousness didn't matter.

"I don't think those fabric you're wearing are considered as clothes. Ripped and too short."

Anong problema niya sa suot ko? I'm comfortable with this outfit. I'll wear things I'm comfortable with.

"I need to go." is all I could say.

Hindi rin pala. My nervousness matter. Dahil mas malakas ang pintig ng puso ko. Mas nanginginig ako sa tuwing tumitingin ako sa kaniyang mga mata.

Pumihit ako patalikod at handa na akong talikuran siya ngunit hinablot niya ang braso ko.

"I'll let this one pass. I know you're safe with your cousin and twin around. But never go to this place again. This is an order." he let go of me and walked away.

You're right, Chasty.

I'm safe with my cousin and twin. But not with you. Never with you. I will never feel safe with you because I know you're protecting someone else. The way you hugged her screams it all.

Pero okay lang. Keep protecting her. I will protect myself. And I assure you, time will come where you'd beg me to be in your arms. Only then, I will feel secured.

Tama ka sa bagay na 'yon. But you're wrong if you're expecting me to obey your order. I'm not a puppet. And if going here and wearing these clothes will make you notice me, then I will keep doing so.

I'm flashing a victory smile when I went back to our couch.

Kinuha ko ang bote ng beer at kinalahati ito. Wrong move. Kahit beer lang ay nabigla ang sikmura ko sa dami ng ininom.

"Why are you trying to kill yourself?" ani Uranus.

"As if it will kill me."  I smirked.

"So... kilala ka pala niya kahit papaano." he chuckled.

"What are you trying to say? Syempre kilala niya ako! I'm his fiancé, after all!" I shook my head in disbelief.

"Whatever makes you sleep at night."

What? Is he implying that Chasty doesn't know me? At all!? Is he nuts?

"Oh? What happened to Venus, Ran?" Bella asked.

Well, kitang-kita ang simangot ko so no wonder, she'll ask.

"She thinks that Chasty knows her." he said laughing.

Nakakapikon.

She sat beside me and faced Uranus.

"Chasty? What's with him?"

So she really knows him. Hindi na dapat ako nagtaka.

"Ask her." ani Uranus.

"What's with this atmosphere, Ven?" ani Bella.

"Well, Uranus thinks that Chasty... doesn't even know his own fiancé." I shyly replied.

"Chasty is engaged? To whom? Oh my god Venus! Who's the girl? We should get rid of her or else, you won't have any chance to him!" she panicked.

"But I'm that girl." I said.

"We really should get rid of- what? What do you mean you're that girl?" confusion is written all over her face.

Kumuha ito ng beer at uminom. I wanted to wait until she finish her drink but...

"I'm his fiancé." and time favored me at last.

Chasty... grabbed my wrist. Hinablot niya ako patayo.

"Oh my gosh!" her mouth formed into an 'o' and I'm sure the beer... is that liquid dripping from her mouth.
