Author's Chapter Notes: Short again, I apologize :S

I woke up to someone lightly knocking on mydoor. I groaned to let them know I was still asleep. I heard the door creak open anyways. I snapped open my eyes to see who it was.

"Hi..." Harrysaid awkwardly.

"Um... hey." I said, a little embarrassed.

"So..." he started.

"I'm sorry." I said quickly. "I'm so sorry and I want you to know I'm so happy for you but I don't understand why you didn't tell me earlier because now I'm just gonna... yeah." I tailed off.

"You're just gonna what?" Harry asked, sitting down next to me.

I looked up into his green eyes.

"Now I'm just gonna miss you five times more than I should." I said, while looking awayfrom him. "You're never gonna go to senior prom,we're not going to graduate together."

"I'm sorry." He whispered.

I gave a shaky laugh.

"You don't have to be sorry Haz." I smiled weakly at him.

"But I am. I should have told you earlier." He said, looking down at his fingers.

"Don't worry about it." I sighed. "What time are you leaving at?"

The look on his face told me everything.

"Oh..." I said, slightly disappointed. "Okay... I'm just gonna get dressed then I can leave."

"You don't have to. Gemma's staying." Hetried.

"It's alright. I have to get going anyways." I shrugged, trying to get up.

Harry lightlypushed me backdown and laydown next to me. I buried myface into his shoulder, trying to keep my tears inside.

"I'm sorry." He said again.

I just shook myhead and hugged him tightly. I felt his hands slip around my waist and back, hugging me tightly. He stayed like that for a couple of minutes before I finally pulled away, chuckling softly. I don't know why I was laughing... it just seemed likethe thing to do.

"Okay,I really need to get dressed now. Mum's probably worried sick." I said, pushing myselfup against the pillows.

"Okay." Harry repeated, letting his hands slip out from my waistand back.

I stood up and grabbed my dress from the chair I threw it on. I walked to the bathroom to put it on again. I folded up Harry's shirt and Gemma's shorts. I walked back out, slightly blushing.

"Harry, can you zip meup again?" I asked.

Harry nodded and slipped behind me to zip up my dress. Once he was done, I sat down on the bed one last time, pulling out my phone to avoid looking at Harry. He sat down next to me, both of us sitting in silence for a bit.

"We'll still have Skype,Facebook and texting." Harry said randomly.

I laughed at his observation.

"Yeah that'strue." I shrugged.

Harry smiled at me, happy with himself that he made me laugh. I looked up at him, still smiling. Both of our smiles faded the longer we stared at each other. Harry's eyes flickered down to my lips as he slowly leaned forward. I could feel my breathing get shallower as our foreheadsand noses touched. I could feel Harry's minty breath wash over my skin. He placed one hand on the other side of my waist to keep himself from falling on me. I put both hands out behind me to keep me propped up. Our chests lightly touched each other and even through that could feel his heartbeating quickly, which meant he could feel mine too.

'What happened to not letting him kiss you?' that part of my mind sneered.

'Shutup. I want this.' I snapped at my mind.

The voice fell silent. I silently cheered that it was gone. Harry's nose slipped past mine as he leaned forward to press his lips against mine.

"Harry?" Annecalled out as the bedroom door opened.

My heartjumped and I scrambled away from Harry. I glanced up at Anne who was standing at the doorframe, looking extremely awkward and apologetic. Harry's face turned as red as a firetruck as he looked every wherein the room except at his mother and me.

"Oh um... sorry." Anne said awkwardlyas she went to close thedoor.

"No it's not a problem." I finally found my voice, putting on a huge fake smile. "I was just about to go. Good luck Harry. Text me when you can."

I slipped past Anne and ran downstairs to the front door. I heard a noisefrom upstairs that sounded like someone had slammed their face in the bed. I quickly grabbed my flats and without putting them on, I ran out the door and down the block to my house. I didn't stop running until I got into my room. There I sat down on my bed and let the tears run down myface.
