hyunjin frustratedly sat down with a pout still resting on his face, unable to forget about what happened a few moments ago. how could he say that to him? when they'd just met?

who was he to changbin? how close were they? and most importantly, who was he to tell him that he could never get the older? just by thinking about it even more, caused a more dissatisfied frown to form on his face.

"that stupid officer!" hyunjin annoyingly muttered to himself, just folding his arms tightly in response.

here he was, outside again. but this time, it wasn't changbin who led him there, it was the one whom he'd just formed enemies with. despite only meeting him today, he'd already became an enemy to him.

taking a deep breath in, hyunjin cautiously scanned the surroundings around him. where did seungmin go? he was pretty sure he was here yesterday, was he not outside at the moment?

not that he cared anyways, the younger didn't like the company and neither did he want a talkative hyunjin beside him. it wasn't until what changbin said yesterday rang inside his head, causing countless thoughts to invade his mind.

'i think you should keep your distance away from him.'

'it would be best if you avoid your interaction with him.'

"how dangerous is he though?" hyunjin mumbled, not understanding what he'd meant by that.

the more he was reminiscing back to what they'd said to him, the more he was slightly growing annoyed. "and why do all of them keep telling me to stay away from officer?!"

hyunjin pouted angrily even more, unable to stand having repeated words being said to him. not only did minho and seungmin warn him to not grow close to the older, he couldn't believe he had to hear it from changbin himself.

just what was so wrong with being close to him? it wasn't like he was gonna do something bad. he'd just wanted to be friends with changbin, something about him made him feel so intrigued everytime the two interacted. why was it not allowed?

"i just wanna be friends with him... i can't do that?" he mumbled once more, frowning even more.

as he silently listened to the breeze blowing at him, he didn't realise he'd been thinking deeply about changbin. he'd just wanted to see him again, hear his small chuckle once more even if it was for a short time.

but what shocked him the most was the fact that through the past days he'd spent here, the desire to become friends with older grew strongly as day by. before he knew it, he'd started falling in love with everything about him: his beautiful appearance, comforting personality and furthermore, the joys of being around him.

"i miss him..." he mumbled once again, too lost in thoughts to realise how many times he'd mumbled to himself since the past few minutes.

that was when a sudden voice interrupted him, causing him to immediately snap out of thoughts. "miss who?"

hyunjin slightly widened his eyes in shock, swiftly turning his head to meet eyes with an unknown male. the boy smiled softly at the eye contact, not realising how long he'd been sitting there.

"who are you?" hyunjin asked the blonde haired boy, surprised by the unexpected deep voice.

the male just smiled at his question, hyunjin soon realising the endless freckles decorating his face. "i'm felix, what about you?"

"i'm hyunjin..." he almost whispered, finding himself unable to stop staring at him. he'd looked a bit different to the others, maybe he was a foreigner? "urm... how did you-"
