"Sit down," Max ordered. I pulled the needle away as fast as possible and breathed out a sigh of relief. I listened because there was NO WAY I would have been able to do it. and he started to sterilize the spot. I shuddered as he put the ice on."How do you know how to do this?" Belle squeaked. "Don't you remember Belle? My mother used to run the jewelry shop on Main st. She would have me in the store with her and I picked up how to do it from watching her do it so many times." "Oh yeah." She said blushing. As the ice sat on my ears Max questioned me as to what my plan was." After I told him about how I planned to just look like her and try and get anwsers, he just shook his head. "I mean I knew you were dumb, but this is another level of stupidity." he teased, although I could tell he wasnt entirely joking. "Why thank you." He rolled his eyes. Ok, I'm ready are you?" I nodded and squeezed my eyes shut. "3, 2, 1" I felt the needle go through my ear. I squealed. Belle hurriedly put the pearl earring in. "3, 2, 1" The needle went through the other ear. I bit my lip. The second one seemed to hurt more. "You can open your eyes now. The needle is nowhere in sight." I peeled my eyes open one by one. I didn't even recognize myself. "Thank you." I gave Max a hug. Max blushed and I quickly let go. Belle went to work on my makeup and hair. By the time we were done, it was 8:50. I clipped the pendant that I got from Wilson and I gathered my things. I looked at Max and asked how I looked, "Just like her." He said his voice breaking. He fled the room. I went down the steps and headed towards the head front.
