Callie Adams Foster is now 9 months pregnant with Aj Hensdale's baby. The couple had gotten pregnant unexpectedly only 2 months after dating and were now soon to be teen parents. How will new life with a baby change things? Will their love be enough...
About 4 hours passed and Callie was in even more pain. She tried everything to make herself more comfortable and for the pain to subside. Aj ended up going back to his usual spot to play video games again. That's the thing with him, once you think he is getting better he goes back to his old self. Callie was now 10 cm and it was time to push. Stef and Lena were at each side of her while Aj was up by the doctor watching the whole thing. After about 20 minutes of pushing their baby boy was born. "Congratulations" dr. Lopez said showing the baby to Callie. The nurses undid her hospital gown and placed her baby boy on her chest. Skin to skin contact made Callie cry & this time she didn't want to stop. Aj kissed the top of her head. She was so proud to call that baby hers. He was beautiful with dark hair and dark brown eyes. After about 10 minutes the doctor took her baby boy to clean him up and check on his vitals. "What's his name?" The nurse asked noticing Callie not taking her eyes off of her new baby. "Anthony Jacob Foster" Callie said. She had discussed the name with Aj many times. She liked naming him after Aj and she wanted to keep her last name as well. "Jacob" came from her old last name. The moms were in tears and Aj couldn't keep his eyes off Anthony. * Anthony Jacob Foster 7 lbs 9 oz 18 inches long * "Will you be breast feeding?" The nurse asked. "Yes I would like to" Callie said "Ok we can try now he's very hungry" the nurse undid one side of her gown and placed Anthony on her chest. She helped Anthony latch on and he did. "Wow he took that right away what a smart baby" the nurse said. Callie looked up at her moms who were standing by her bed and Stef gave Callie a kiss on her forehead. "Good job baby" Stef said. Lena stood and watched in awe. Once done they left Callie to be with the baby alone for a little bit and finally it was time for everyone else to get to hold him. Aj got to hold him first. "Ok, carefully" Callie said handing Anthony to Aj "Make sure to hold his neck" Callie said as she nervously watched Aj holding his baby. "Hi little guy" Aj pinched his cheeks

"He's cute.. just like his mommy " Aj said looking over at Callie and smiling. Callie smiled back, she really did love Aj and wanted to do everything she could to protect their relationship. Aj carefully handed him to Stef who was eagerly waiting her turn. Holding babies came natural to the moms and she looked down at him. "Ohh hi baby love. Look at you so big" Stef said in baby talk. She handed him to Lena who started crying. "Hi Anthony baby. Thank you for making me a grandma" Lena said looking at the sleeping baby in her arms. "Oh Callie he's perfect!" Lena said looking over at Callie as she nodded her head. All the kids eventually came into the room and got their turn to hold the baby. Everyone loved him, Mariana in particular didn't want to let go & kept mentioning that she was the only auntie. The next day Brandon drove the kids home a few days later it was time for the baby to come home too. "How are you feeling?" Stef asked Callie who was putting Anthony into his baby carrier. "I'm ok" Callie said Stef helped her finish buckling Anthony. Lena carried the baby out into the car as Aj had his arm lovingly wrapped around Callie's waist heading towards the exit. Lena helped Aj install the seat and showed him how to properly buckle the baby in and they headed home. Aj, Callie, and Anthony headed upstairs as Stef had a talk with the kids. "Ok look I do not want anyone bothering them or the baby right now. Callie is very tired and they all need to spend time alone right now ok? Mariana?" Stef said as Mariana lifted her eyebrows. "Ok" they all said "Ok I'm not gonna bother them" Mariana added. Aj placed Anthony on the bed and sat down "Wow I'm tired " he said. Callie laughed at his comment "Imagine how I feel" she took Anthony out of the seat and he immediately started crying she placed him over her shoulder and gently pat his back "Shhh" Callie said. "Maybe he needs to be changed?" Aj chimed in "Good idea. Can you grab a diaper?" Callie said placing Anthony onto a changing table pad they bought for Callie's room. To accommodate for the baby Stef and Lena made Mariana move into Jesus' room and Jude move in with Brandon. Though Mariana still liked hanging out in that room with Callie. The moms had agreed to let Aj live with them as long as he worked and payed them rent. Mike also had a room set up for the baby at his place just in case. Aj gave Callie a diaper. "Thank you" Anthony kept crying while she changed his diaper. "Oh my god" Callie said opening his diaper. Aj saw the sight and took a step back covering his nose. "Damn" he said "Shut up can you just give me the baby wipes" she said as Aj handed her some. She cleaned him up as best as she could and Aj threw away the dirty diaper and wipes. He proceeded to wash his hands and get hand sanitizer after. Callie laughed at him. Her hormones were crazy and she kind of felt mad at him for overreacting. Callie rolled her eyes. "What?" Aj asked "Nothing" Callie said buttoning up Anthony's new onesie. Aj rolled his eyes in return. Anthony was still crying so she placed him back on her shoulder. "Shhh... shh.. maybe I should try feeding him again" Callie said sitting on the bed. She took out one arm from her shirt and lifted up her shirt on one side. Aj put a pillow so she could lean on and handed Anthony to Callie. She brought him to her boob and moved it near Anthony's mouth, he immediately latched on and started sucking. The feeling was super weird for Callie but she liked it - minus the sore nipples - she felt close to her baby during these times. Aj began unpacking her hospital bag for her. After about 10 minutes there was a knock at their door. Callie grabbed her breastfeeding cover and put it on. Aj opened the door. "We just wanted to see how you guys were doing. Everything good?" Lena asked noticing Callie feeding him. "We're ok" "Alright dinner is at 6. One of us will be able to watch him while you guys eat. And please dont hesitate to ask for help that's what we're here for ok?" "Thank you" Aj replied "Yeah thank you mom we'll be there later. I love you" Callie said "I love you too baby" Lena went back downstairs.

Anthony had been crying for what felt like an hour now and Callie and Aj didn't know what to do. Callie began to get frustrated "Can you fucking help me?" She told Aj while rocking Anthony "What?! I've been giving you ideas!" "Yeah really bad ones" She was mad at him for doing the absolute bare minimum all the time. "I've been the one rocking him, I'm the one feeding him, I'm the one changing him, while you stand there and watch and give me ideas, I need more!" Callie yelled as Anthony cried harder. Before Aj could answer she stormed out of their room and into Stef and Lena's room with Anthony and shut the door locking it behind her. Stef and Lena sat up, they had heard yelling and crying for some time now. "He won't stop" Callie said her face was exhausted and they could tell she was overwhelmed. "Give me him" Lena put out her arms and she handed the baby to her. Lena rocked him in her arms and he continued to cry. "What about his pacifier?" Lena said "He won't take it" Callie said handing her the pacifier. Lena placed Anthony down on his blanket and wrapped him in a swaddle then picked him up. He began to calm down as Lena rocked him. She then got the pacifier and stuck it in his mouth which he gladly took. "See he just needed a swaddle. I'll have to teach you how to do it " Lena told Callie and she nodded her head. "Come here love" Stef patted the spot next to her. Callie went to sit "Why did you lock the door?" "I don't want Aj coming in" "Why?" "I feel like he doesn't help me at all" Callie's eyes began to water "I do everything and it feels like I have to take care of two babies it's not fair" Callie said as tears started to stream down her face. Stef wrapped her arms around her and pulled her into a big hug. "You know you're never alone. We are here for you. If you don't think he's helping you like he should come find one of us, like you just did." Stef said still hugging Callie. Callie glanced over at Lena who was carrying a now sleeping baby. "Yeah" she said "You're doing an amazing job baby" Stef said placing a kiss on Callie's head. After about 20 minutes Stef went out of the room with Callie while Lena watched the baby. They went downstairs to make dinner. Mariana saw Callie and sat down with her "So.. how is it?" Mariana said excitedly "It's harder than I thought" "Auntie Mariana is here to babysit whenever you've had enough " Mariana laughed "I know thank you" Callie reached out her hand and Mariana grabbed it. They sat there for a few minutes when Aj came down. "I'd appreciate it if you didn't take my baby and lock me out from seeing him" he said annoyed. Callie let go of Mariana and sat up straight "Rude" Callie said "How am I rude?" "Well, you come down here just to be rude, that's what I mean. I already told you why I left the room" Callie said giving attitude back. Mariana watched awkwardly. Aj shook his head "Whatever. You're so difficult Callie" Aj said and he headed upstairs. They heard a door slam. Callie looked down. It was embarrassing fighting with her whole family around. "Hey, it's ok" Mariana said grabbing Callie's hand again. "You know he's just mad and didn't mean it" Mariana said and Callie nodded her head giving a small smile. She knew he did mean it and didn't know how much longer she could pretend they were ok.
