His eyes didn't leave mine. And for some reason, I couldn't read it. I don't know if he's sad because of something or worried about something. I know, none is a good option.

"You know what we are..." He finally answered as he get up, fixing his hair.

I scoffed, "No? I don't know!" I said as a matter-of-fact.

But it's as if he doesn't listen. He stood up and picked up his backpack.

"Byun Baekhyun." I called him out when he's about to turn his back on me.

"What am I to you?"

I felt a faint of nervousness within me. My eyes are starting to well up again.

The wind kept blowing our hair as the sun finally sets.

I saw his jaw clench before lowering his eyes, "Kim Taeyeon..." He said.

My head tilted waiting for a bit more.

"You are Kim Taeyeon to me..." His eyes met mine once again, "The woman I'd ever love."

"I love you too." I answered straight forward.

He took a deep breathe after hearing what I said. It's like he wasn't expecting me to confess like that.

"And what does that make us?" I asked him once again.

He looked up with a grin on his face, "Hmm... You are asking me a lot of questions, miss. Can I ask you one question first, please?" His brows lifted as if he's testing me.

HUH! Is he challenging me? I am not afraid to answer whatever question he's got under his sleeves! Now that I'm willing to take a bullet for him!

"Go on. Hit me." I gave back the confidence he just sent me.

He scoffed, "When we were still on bad terms..." He walked towards me slowly but surely, when our gap is close enough for him, he leaned even closer to level his eyes to mine.

Now I have a nice view of his clear brown eyes and his breath smelled like mint.

"Kim Taeyeon..." He called my attention as I get lost with my senses. "Who did you watch the sunsets with?"

hUH? I thought he'd go very controversial with his question with the way he prepared to ask me this stupid question.

I scoffed to mock him, "Of course, it's Suho. You know we're close. I don't even know why you have to ask that. You are so lame. You got me excited for no reason, Baek." I pointed my index finger on his forehead and pushed him away from me before I faint here.

I crossed my arms before hitting him up again, "Now, answer me. What are we?"

His lips held a faint smile before shrugging his shoulders.

"Yah! Byun Baekhyun! I won't let you flirt with me ever again if you don't answer rightfully!" I shouted when he started walking without even looking back at me.

"Yah!" I keep on shouting.

I grabbed my bag quick and ran to walk along with him.

When I reached his pace, I saw him smirking. Wow he's got the time to mock me!

"Yah!" I punched his arm.

He chuckled, "What? Do you want to get back together?" He asked LIKE IT WAS NOT WHAT HE WANTS. I SO HATE HIM.

"Wahhhh. I can't believe you." My eyes widened as I get pissed and shocked by his unbelievable and unforgivable actions.

"So is it only me??? Who wants that?!" My voice is so loud cause I just couldn't control it. After a moment, I heard him laugh for real.

"What? Will you just laugh at me like that?" I asked now looking at him with judging eyes.

"Kim Taeyeon..."

I was walking fast to keep up with his pace but he stopped. I looked back at him, "What now?"

"You are the one getting hurt. Our classmates doesn't look at you the same way they looked at you when 'us' is still non-existent. The school looked up to you all the time you were here. But the moment we tried again-"

"Baekhyun, I just confessed to you a while ago and you think I still fucking care?"

He sighed, now his teasing smile is gone.

"I was blinded by my love before. My goal was to really get you back. But now, I'm seeing how things affect you, and not only you..."
