"God, are they really back together?"
"How could they do that to Ji Eun again?"
"They have no shame."
Those are the words that Baekhyun and I have to endure every time we walk together outside our classroom. Today, we are on the way to the Music Club Room where we are meeting the other existing members of the band. Baek really wanted to sing this Foundation Week again.
"Don't you all have your own businesses to take care of?" I didn't notice Baekhyun stopped as we walk through the hallway.
What is he doing? My gosh.
"We are not back together. Can we now live a normal life like you too?" Baekhyun's voice is dark.
"Baekhyun..." Before I could even speak, he turned his back to the students and continued walking.
"What was that?" I asked the moment we got in the MCR.
"What?" I was shocked to see the corner of his lips curved.
"Are you smiling?"
"Why? Were you shocked? Those were the words I wanted to yell at them a year ago!" He chuckled as if what he did a while ago is not embarrassing.
"Aigoo. You really got the nerves now, huh?"
"Why? Didn't you see their faces? They regretted it! They just need someone to tell them that they are too much." He started removing the white cloth covering the things inside the room.
"Ohh. This room hasn't been used for a long time. I feel like it's happy that the owners are back."
"But not back together." I countered and he immediately looked.
I regret what I said the moment our eyes met. He always does this because he knows his look is one of my weaknesses.
He continued removing the sheets until we got a full view of the surroundings again.
"These still need cleaning," I said.
"Of course. But where are the members by the way?"
"I don't know too. I'll call Wendy."
I picked my phone from my pocket but to my surprise, Wendy called me first.
"Oh-"
"Unnie! Ji Eun is rushed to the clinic."
