Evangalene's POV

I woke up the next morning and heard people talking. I listened carefully and tried to make out the noise.

"So, you can really bring things back to life?" A male voice asked.

"Yeah. But only small things. I don't know if I am strong enough to bring a human back to life. If I bring something too big or too complex back to life I might use up so much energy that I kill myself. So I have to be careful," said a voice I recognized.

The second person was my twin, Ava. I wondered which of the guys she was talking to. I was suprised she was telling him about her powers. She usually is very secretive.

I decided to stop listening to their conversation and 'wake up' now. I rolled over then yawned and openned my eyes. I turned and saw Ava and Blaise looking at me.

So the guy she was talking to was Blaise. He was fire and he seemed to be more of a loner, so it made sense.

"Hey, is anyone else up?" I asked.

"No, not yet. They will probably be up soon though," Blaise said.

"Well, I will go start on breakfast," I said.

I headed to the kitchen and started making pancakes. Pancakes were quick and easy to make, but tasted better than cereal. I also made some bacon. I looked around and saw we were out of sausage though. We need to go shopping again soon.

I made 28 pancakes to start. Everyone would get three and if they wanted more they could go get some. I brought out the pancakes and saw everyone was up.

I set the pancakes down and then went back to the kitchen to get plates, syrup, butter, and silverware. When I got back everyone was already eating and some were going back for seconds already.

"I brought plates and silverware....not that anyone wants them," I joked as I set it all down.

I grabbed a plate and three pancakes then put syrup on them and went and sat down by Carter. She seemed to be the leader and I wanted to learn more about her.

"I'm fine, stop worrying," she said to Karl as I sat down.

"Hey Carter!" I said happily. When she looked at me I saw why Karl was worried.

She seemed tired and maybe even a little sick. Not noticable unless you knew her well or you were me. I was always good at noticing small things like that.

"Hey... we were just discussing the trip. I was thinking that maybe we should take a plane instead of driving. What do you think?" Carter asked.

"I think it would be faster. Do you have the money though?" I asked.

"Yeah money is no problem. William will take care of it. I'm gonna see what the others think...." she said then turned to the rest of the group.

"Hey guys! Listen up! Since we have been driving ALOT lately. I think we should take a plane to New Orleans instead. William can use his power to get us through security and to get us tickets," Carter said.

"I like the idea. I am sick of driving..." William said.

The other three guys nodded and said, "Me too..."

"So are we all in agreement to fly?" Carter asked.

Everyone nodded. Karl was a little hesitant thought and kept looking at Carter.

"We should head to the airport soon and get on the next flight then," Carter said.

Everyone finished up breakfast and me and Ava got our stuff together. I noticed the others didn't have any stuff.

"Don't you guys have any stuff?" Ava asked. She noticed too.

"We did... It got set on fire or blown up," Blaise said.

"That reminds me. Before we go we should actually pick up some new stuff. We can't wear the same clothes forever. We are already starting to look like crap," Carter said.

"Okay, we shoud leave now then," Damian said.

We left our cave and followed them to the end of the beach and got in their car. There was just enough room for all seven of us.

William and Carter were up front. Karl and Damian were in the middle. Blaise, Ava, and I were in the back.

They drove to the store and and parked.

"Okay, lets split up. All of us together will look suspicious. Karl and Blaise you two go together. Damian and William, you two will be together. Watch each others backs and be nice. Avalon, Eva, and I will all be together. We will all meet back at the car. Be quick and don't be suspicious. That means not using your powers..." Carter said.

"Why did you look at me when you said the last part?" Blaise said.

"Because you like using your power," she said.

"Whatever. Let's just go," Blaise replied.

We got out of the car and headed seperate ways. After 20 minutes of the fastest shopping of my life, we checked out and went back to the car. We were last there.

We got in and drove off towards the airport. When we got there. William took out a few $1 bills used his influence to make them think they were $100 dollar bills. They person was clueless and gave us tickets.

The flight was about to leave so we hurried through security and got on the plane just before they closed the doors.

William would've gotten us first class tickets, but it was last minute so he couldn't. We were stuck in the back of the plane.

The left row had two seats and the right row had three seats. Carter and Karl sat on the left side. William and Damian sat behind them. Blaise, Ava, and I sat across the row from Carter and Karl.

I had looked up how long the flight should take before we left. A website said about three and a half hours.

The plane took off and everyone settled in. I looked at the clock. It was about 9:45am. We should arrive about 1:15pm or so.

I was glad we choose to fly and not drive. This was alot faster.

I was excited about meeting Rowen. Then the group would finally be together. From what I heard about Rowen last night, he seemed nice. Although I didn't think Ava would like him.

I suppose we would find out in three and a half hours whether she liked him or not.
