Journal
If the heavens got a chance to read this journal? Would anything have changed?
One day out of the blue
You let me ride along your escapades
Earth shattering joy filled me throughWas it the same for you?
Or was I only lying in a one sided plane? The Flight was a bit crazy
Just don't leave me hanging for too long
Impulses made you, you
Left the smart one the dumbest
Guess it didn't work out for usOnly a one night stand
To get away from everything
Hard to say we can find a needle in this hay-stack-of-lies
Honesty was not our main priority
Ultimately, it was called off forWe were too much for each other
And too less for another
We could work it outBut the metaphoric time bomb
The minute I looked away
You chose to tick off
Vanishing into thin airWould it have hurt to say the truth?
Or even a white lie was good enough.
