"Run."
"Run?" I parrot in surprise.
"Let's run," Akatsuki explains. "There's nothing better than running for shifters."
"What about my horse?" I ask.
The horse stops and we get off its back. "You'll stay here won't you girl?" Akatsuki says to it.
The horse neighs in response. "There you go, it's settled," he says cheerfully.
He puts me down and shifts into his leopard form.
"Hey no fair," I exclaim, I can't exactly shift into a dragon out here.
He sticks out his cat tongue and turns around and runs off. I run after him at top speed.
It's exhilarating! My hair is flowing behind me and my dress is slowing me done a bit but I can still feel the adrenaline flowing through me as I chase after the cheeky leopard boy.
I feel so free. I could do this forever. I never want to go home again.
