That nights, I cried and I thought of the things I have done while I was in this century. I knew how Merlin looked like, I was a princess, I had a lovely brother but a heartless father. I will missed the people in Camelot. A tear fall from my face when all of a sudden I saw Merlin. He was very sad. "How did you do that?"
"I don’t know… maybe my anger triggered it. I was stupid.. I know but I love Arthur. He is my brother. it doesn't matter now. Even if that never happens, I will still suffer. Now that I will be hang, at least I got to see my…… oh….. my parents aren't born either.." I sniffed. "Merlin, I would like to say how much I love you.not because you are the greatest …" I stopped. Then I continued but whispered, "Sorcerer". Louder, I continued, "But because you are an amazing person and you are my friend. I will miss you…please take care of Arthur and father…" I cried.
"Delilah… I am so sorry I could not help you… but if there is a way, I will…" Merlin started. "I am going to tell you something that might make you feel better, "Arthur, does not hate you… for all you have done just now, he is trying to talk to the King."
Just as Merlin finished his sentence, Arthur came in with Gwaine and instructed the guards to open the cell. He walked into the cell and walked towards me. For the first time, I saw him cried. "I love you Katarina… I will always love you. I don’t care if you are witch. You saved my life." Arthur cried and then he pulled me into a hug. "I have seen you grow. I have seen how bad you were when you are younger but you changed and I like that. All I see now, is a sweet and kind hearted young lady. I knew you are never sided with Caleb. I believe you, like how Gwaine is."Then I looked at Gwaine whose eyes' are now red due to the crying. That made me cried once more. I looked back at Arthur who was now seems to be having a hard time to continue.
"Father still wants me dead. I know… It's alright…" I cried. "Arthur…I love you … thank you for believing in me. You too Gwaine." I said as I looked at them both. "Arthur, I will never forget how much you care for me. I will miss you,sooo much. take care of this kingdom and be the best King."Arthur cried and nodded his head while he listened to me. "I think it's best if all of you leaves.. you don’t want to be punished because you are seen here." Those words were very hard for me to voice out but I had to.
Before Arthur left, he cupped my face and kissed my forehead. Then he said his last words," I love you Katarina and you will always be in my heart."
