*The next badge Andy and Shane want to earn is the crime prevention one which makes Carlos really excited so he offers to help them. And takes them to see his dad*

*At Police Station*

Officer Garcia: Hello boys. What are you doing here?

Shane: Andy and I are trying to earn our crime prevention badge and Carlos wanted to help us so he brought us here so we can learn what it's like to be a police officer

Officer Garcia: Awesome that's a great idea. Ok so it's not always about catching the bad guys and locking them up. We also find ways to help them community. There's other ways of keeping people safe than just arresting criminals

Andy: That's awesome but we wanna stop the bad guys

Shane: I wanna arrest someone

Carlos: That would be cool to do

Officer Garcia: Boys let's not focus on that right now. Let's just work on the fun stuff first

Shane: What's the fun stuff?

Carlos: The K-9 officers work with the dogs. That's how Katie got Zoey. She was being trained to be a police dog but she bonded so well with Katie she became a pet.

Shane: She's still a great guard dog. I've seen how protective she is of Katie. It's amazing

Carlos: It sure is

Officer Garcia: The K-9 training course is outside

*They walk out to a fenced area where several German Shepherds are training on different obstacles that they'll encounter in real life situations*

*One of the trainers comes over* Hello sir. Is this your son?

Officer Garcia: Yes this is Carlos and his friends Shane and Andy who are Boy Scouts and the dog is Riley

K-9 trainer: Hi guys. Hi Riley. I used to be a Boy Scout. It was fun. How are you liking it?

Shane: We love it

Andy: It's great

K-9 trainer: Cool. This is right here is Monty. Would you like to pet him?

Shane: Sure

Andy: Yeah

Carlos: Of course *They all rub his back*

Andy: I love German Shepherds

K-9 trainer: You own one?

Andy: No but my cousin does. I have a dog but she's my sisters and is evil. I own cats

K-9 trainer: Your sister's dog is evil? Why is that?

Andy: The list of reasons could take me hours to explain. Not worth losing my brain cells over

*The K-9 trainer just laughs* Sir this kid is funny

Shane: The dog really is evil though. She's scared Riley and bit my hand

K-9: What kind of dog is she? What's her name?

Andy: She's a chihuahua named Princess

K-9: That breed is really cute

Andy: I'm not denying she's cute. She is very cute but what's NOT cute is her being spoiled by my equally evil sister. Princess tortures my cat Angel and thankfully hasn't got a chance to bully my kitten Apollo. I love my cats but I don't love Princess. She has damaged a lot of my belongings.

K-9: Wow that sucks

Andy: Yeah it sure does but it's ok cuz I keep my cats safe in my room so they aren't full of anxiety all day. But I feel bad that they have be in one place while gone. They deserve free roam of the house but can't with that demon lurking around every corner like a ghost
