Fieldtrip

It's another day, and today the field trip will happen.

Last night Hyde knocked on my door and as I open it he handed my permit with his signature written on it.

"Nandito naba lahat?" One of our prof asked

She started to roll-call to make sure that we are already complete. Actually we have 6 bus dapat nga sana ay tatlo  lang dahil konti lang naman kaming archi student but the engineering insist na sasabay sila samin dahil hindi pa daw nila napupuntahan ang lugar na pupuntahan namin.

"We're all set, please relax we have a long ride"

I wear my earphone and turned on my phone so that I can listen some music.

As what our prof said, we have a long ride it takes two days and one night bago makarating sa lugar na iyon. Dapat nga sa airport kami pupunta pero dahil madami kami at hindi kaya ng eroplano so we need to take a ship.

Hyde is not with us dahil may kailangan daw siyang asikasuhin na hindi ko alam kung ano, I didn't even mingle to his business dahil baka pagbuntungan nanaman ako ng galit niya

The place is not quite different to me dahil doon na ako lumaki, I just went to manila when I was in highschool.

I WAKE up when someone tapped my shoulder we need to get out of the bus dahil kailangan na naming pumila at pumasok sa loob and wait for our departure time.

Me and my friends together with some of my classmates decided to stay at the roof deck para lang makita namin ang ganda ng karagatan may mga upuan din naman dito so hindi kami mapapagod kakatayo and the ship started to sail.

Ang tahimik na karagatan ang sumalubong saamin the only noise that you can hear ay ang hampas ng mga alon at mga ibon na lumilipad sa himpapawid. It gives me warm feelings, ocean is one of my stress reliever

Sa totoo lang hindi ako sanay sumakay ng barko or sa eroplano but that doesn't mean na first time ko sumakay its just that I often vomit na parang pati ang sikmura ko ay gusto ko ng ilabas but I already take a med.,  a bonamin, so that I can handle myself at hindi magsuka sa byahe.

PAGKARATING namin sa Calapan ay kailangan ulit namin sumakay sa bus going to Roxas Mindoro and another ship to Caticlan, and we need to travel hours to our destination which is in the City of Roxas.

Pagod kami nang makarating lahat so our prof decided na bukas nalang namin simulan ang mga activities in baybay beach tsaka malapit lang din ang hotel na tinutuluyan namin.

Dad's want me to stay in our resthouse pero gusto kung magstay sa hotel with my blockmates.

"Good Afternoon, Ma'am Xyl" I just smiled to one of  our staff and let him carry my bag

I easily dozed off sleep as I enter my hotel room

THE next day we have a lot of activities just like beach volleyball, and other 90's games like patintero, tumbang preso, luksong baka, kahit nga chinese garter pinatos na namin e. Syempre hindi mawawala ang swimming.

Marami din namang tao dahil nga may pasukan, some people watching us ang iba naka suot pa ng uniform nila. May nearby University kasi tapos ang ibang University ay nasa City but they prefer to roam around here.

The food is nice actually, hindi mawawala ang seafoods na sineserve nila dahil din siguro sa bansag sa lugar na ito which the Seafoods Capital of the Philippines, but sometimes some people doesn't have any idea where is seafoods capital dahil ang pagkaka alam ng lahat sa probinsiya na ito ay aswang capital pero hindi naman totoo.

EVERYDAY we have different kind of activities, pumunta din kami sa nearby destination which is ang Edge, tapos sa Ruins tsaka ang light house and tomorrow is our last day.

They boys preparing for a bonfire dahil naisipan ng lahat na maglaro ngayong gabi dahil bukas bahala na daw kaming gumala total last day naman na daw

"Why don't we play truth or dare?"  One of the engineering student said, I don't know her

Most of them agree to her so here we are playing that game.

Some choose the dare kaya kailangan nilang panindigan iyon like drinking a shot of san mig dahil lang ang pwede namin inumin dahil iyon lang ang approve ng prof, kailangan magtanggal ng isang suot na gamit, kumain ng sili at kung ano pa maisipan nila.

"Oh, it's Xyl" someone's cheering especially the archi so I don't have any choice but to choose kung ano ang sagot ko

"Truth or Dare?" I sighed before I answer without any hesitation

"Truth"

"OOOOHHHHH, STRONGGG" kantyaw ng lahat napasimangot nalang ako dahil dun

"Are you single?" Clyde from engineering asked, wala bang matinong tanong ito?

"It's complicated." totoo naman kasi diba, hindi ako single pero hindi rin ako taken pero napasok naman ako sa isang fix marriage

Natapos ang laro na lasing ang ibang kasama namin dahil iyon ang dare na napili nila.

It's already 10 pm and all of them already inside the hotel, niyaya ako nila maye at patch na pumasok na but I prefer to stay.

Huminga muna ako ng malalim bago maglakad sa dalampasigan, you can't see nothing dahil sa madilim na, I only have my phone with me that serve as my light dahil patay na din ang ilaw sa mga restau tanging ang liwanag na nagmula sa street ang naiwan na nakasindi pero medyo malayo ito sa lugar kung nasaan ako ngayon.

I looked up to see the beauty of the night sky, those sparkling stars and a bright moon surrounds the area

"Do you see that stars? Yung malaki at kumikinang sa tabi ng buwan." sabi ng batang lalaki sa batang babae sabay turo sa maliwanag na buwan

"hmm" sagot ng babae sabi tango

"Sa panahon na umalis ako dito, just looked up and find the brightest stars from the sky so you could remember me" sa little boy said

Nakahiga silang dalawa sa damuhan sa gitna ng gabi sa gilid ng isang bahay, habang ginawang unan ng batang babae ang balikat ng batang babae

"Why? Aalis ka?"

"Hindi ko alam, siguro."

"Don't leave me" maluha luhang sabi ng batang babae

"Of course baby, I won't leave you, but if that happened don't worry i'll be back for you, Jale,"
