**Quick note, this chapter takes place one year after the last one

Louis and Jason entered the coffee shop with their hoods on and their hands in their pockets. They walked a few feet apart as well. Louis was walking a bit up beat while Jason was a bit hunched over. If anyone saw them, they would look like perfect strangers.

It was extremely rare the two would go out into public like they were, but when they did, they still did their best to remain inconspicuous. After all, not everyone was wanted for murdering an FBI agent like they were, even if they were framed by who they thought were their friends.

A few weeks after opening the dojo in Cape Suzette with Travis and Blade and adopting the name, the Wolf Clan, a lot of students joined after they displayed their skills all over the internet. Whenever someone joined, they instantly got a nickname. Louis and Jason simply used their last names as nicknames, and still referred to each other as such.

Eventually, however, tensions in the dojo came to a head. Travis's true intentions to start an anti-authority gang were revealed, Louis and Jason tried to get out of it, cops and the FBI showed up when Travis was suspected of stealing multiple priceless artifacts from seemingly impenetrable museums, and Blade killed on of the agents that had showed up, using the circumstances to make it seem like Louis was the culprit, with Jason as his accessory.

The only good thing to come out of the situation with that Louis got to see Chloe. Apparently after she'd left Duckburg, she'd become and FBI agent herself. But of course, the agent Blade killed was her best friend and trainer. Louis still remembered the shocked and hurt look on her face when he and Jason booked it.

Ever since then, it had been life in hiding for the two. Luckily, Jason's cousin Samantha believed their story about them being framed, unlike the rest of the FBI, and allowed them to stay with her. As a bonus, her parents, who were never around, owned a huge hunting cabin up in the mountains that required a ski lift to get to, at least ten miles from anyone else.

Louis considered himself lucky he had a surname he could use whenever he ordered coffee at that particular coffee house. He'd been there often, and the barista knew him, luckily without knowing about him being wanted. This would be Jason's first time going to that coffee house. As rare as it was for Louis to go out in public, Jason would almost never join him. In fact, Louis practically had to drag him out of the cabin.

Anyone would go insane staying inside as long as four months now.

"Duck?" the barista called. "Llewelyn Duck?"

Louis stood up and excepted his and Jason's drinks. He still wasn't fond of the name Llewelyn, but it came in handy, not sounding much like Louis.

He walked over to Jason, who was in the corner, and handed him his drink.

"Good, can we get out of here now?" he asked anxiously. "That guy right there is giving me a bad feeling."

Louis glanced over to where Jason was talking about. There sat a simple beagle with a newspaper and a cup of coffee.

"He hasn't turned his page the whole time we've been here," Jason added.

Louis scoffed. "Relax, Riggs, it's been four months now. I've been coming to this place for weeks. If they were gonna ambush us here, they would've already."

"I'd rather not take chances," Jason replied. "And you know not to use my name in public too."

"You really need to lighten up. You're just being paranoid," Louis said. "Come on, let's get outta here."

The two stood up and swiftly made their way to the exit until they heard a click and the crowd around them gasp.

"Louis Gold and Jason Riggs, you're both under arrest," said a male voice. "Put your hands up and turn around slowly."
