"Oh my gosh, Marika, tomorrow I officially take over!" Mermista said, freaking out.
"Chill cousin. You've got this. Plus you have a lot of people that have your back." Marika told her.
A green lizard was listening closely he nudged a blonde skinny boy beside him.
The blonde boy was wearing a dog face mask. "Yeah, I'm listening." He whispered.
"Daddy's retirement is really cramping my teen years." Mermista complained. "I have no other choice though. Salineas is mine now and I have to take care of it." Mermista told Marika and Amara was listening too. She laughed and pointed, "Sebastian's having a great time getting a sugar high."
"Did you get anything good?" A girls voice asked the blonde haired boy.
"Sure did, Lon," He began, but she put a hand over his mouth.
"Don't say my name!" She warned him. "Let's get out of here."
Once all three were outside, the girl with the light brown skin said, "Okay, Kyle, what did you find out?"
Kyle took off his mask. His blonde hair was a mess and the lizard named Rogelio laughed. "The mermaid said her dad was retiring from Salineas. That's good information for the Horde right?"

Lonnie smiled to herself. "No. It's great! Hordak's gonna be so pleased. We can attack the seagate again!"
"How are we getting home?" Kyle asked, "It's dark and I don't wanna travel in the dark, especially on Halloween.
"Everything scares you, Kyle." Lonnie said, annoyed. "Let's go hang out at the pizza joint."
It was 8:55 and The Grim Reaper was laughing.
"Are you sure this will work?" The cop asked.
"Getting cold feet?" The reaper sighed and hit a brick wall with a hand. "There's no time for that! I'll do everything if I have to."
The cop shook his head. "No. I can do this. You promised I wouldn't get blood on my hands though. I may be devious, but I'm not someone that wants to kill."
"You've got the teeth for it." The reaper laughed and walked off. The cop followed behind. The reaper pulled out a screwdriver from a hidden pocket and quickly undid the nails on the breaker box. With that off the next step was pulling out the wiring.
The cop helped jerk out the wiring and all of SeaWorthy went dark. They heard screams from everywhere and laughed together.

"What the . . ." I began and pulled Mermista close to me. I felt her arms wrap around my waist.
Mermista was a bit freaked out. "I dunno this is creepy. I wonder what's going on out there. It's not like it's a stormy night." Mermista said to me.

"And action." The cop said and walked to the police station. It was easy to get in all the cops inside were frantic to block doors and cells. The police man had dimples when he smiled. His eyes met another man's as they walked past each other. The other man saw himself and stood there in shock.
With keys in hand the costumed police man went through scrambling officers and down the hallway to cell eight. His eyes rested on the man sitting inside and smiled devilishly. It was time for this person to pay for their crime of murder.
