Chapter 6- Friends

Taehyung and Irene used to hang out on a regular basis. Irene is very happy, or we can say contented with Taehyung. According to her, he can fulfill all her damn wishes, and she thinks she is very happy. Taehyung is also happy with Irene. But one thing used to upset Taehyung is that she always prefer things which are costly. Him belonging from a middle class family it's quite difficult. Though he earns a good amount but he sends half of his earnings to his family for their well being. After that fulfilling her wishes is not appreciated by him.

One evening he was out with Irene, dinning at a restaurant when continuously Jisoo called him. But he ignored the calls and when Irene's dad called her and she went out to take the call that's when someone tapped his shoulder. Turning around he found it to be Jisoo.

"Hey! What are you doing here?"

"One of my friend Lisa is celebrating her birthday so invited us over here. Now I called you for maybe fifteen times, why weren't you receiving my call?"

"Actually..." He was cut off when Irene made her entry.

"Hi! Jisoo."

"Hey! What's up?"

"Fine. You?"

"Good."

"Jisoo actually I was..." Again Taehyung spoke only to be stopped by her.

"It's okay I understand why you didn't took my call. You two have fun, I better go, my friends are waiting." That day Taehyung found something unusual in Jisoo's eyes but can't pin point. The entire night he thought about Jisoo and lastly fell asleep.

Few days passed...

Irene fell deeper for him, and as Taehyung is not proposing her she thought she could do that...

'Today I will tell him what I think. Yes, Irene go for it, you can do it.' She thought.

But only found his sit to be empty. She is reluctant to say things to Taehyung, so she called him.

"Hello."

"Hi! Where are you?"

"Right here, at the NYC hospital."

"Hospital? Why? What happened?"

"Nothing. I small accident..." Irene got tensed and ended the call rushing for a cab and as soon as possible she went to the hospital. As she reached their found a different guy lying on hospital bed and Taehyung is typing something in his mobile. She released a heavy sigh, relaxing.

Taehyung raised his head only to find Irene standing right beside him.

"Hi!"

"Hi!"

"Oh! Meet my friend Blake, and Blake meet Irene."

"How did this happened?" Irene asked seeing the deep cuts on Blake's hand.

"He was following me. And when he got himself engrossed in following me, a car hit him from his back." He said rolling his eyes.

"And why he was following you?"

"Nothing, you should worry about."

"Couldn't you just say who met with an accident. You almost drained my life out."

"She says she was worried." Blake whispered to Taehyung.

"Sorry, for making you worry." Taehyung apologized.

"There shouldn't be any sorry between us." Irene said being a bit shy.

"That means your line is clear, bro." Blake again whispered in his ears.
