APOP: Debs' Review I - Glorified Mac and Cheese

Well, I've got to hand it to you. For a woman who claims she knows nothing about cooking, this recipe was SERIOUSLY GOOD.

I mean, seriously so. But maybe just because I'm a pasta freak?! Anyway.

It was a really simple dish actually, but because so much had to come together at the end, I was a little stressed at the last moment >__< But don't worry, the more stressed I am in the kitchen the better the food :D

There were just a few things I'd have to change - you know, for my family. Apparently, my mom doesn't like macaroni (NOW she tells me, after I've made it v_v) because it's so small, so next time I make this (and I will!!!!!) it'll have to be with larger pasta. Also, you said 230g of cream cheese with a cup of milk for 3/4 people. Are you kidding? Maybe it's just me, because I like a sauce to pasta ratio of 2:1, but I needed at least twice that amount of cheese :') 

Otherwise there's not really anything I can say. It was G.O.O.D. and it was all eaten before I got time to snap a picture. Whoops. :$

All in all, perfect recipe, want more :3

Oh PS next time I'm exuding the bacon, because I don't like bacon ;(
