Right, well, this one did not go well at all...

I'm guessing most of that was my fault, but also just a difference between two different ovens. The meal had all the makings of being amazing. The chicken was LOVELY! There was a bit too much onion for my taste, but then, it was a BIG onion. The potatoes were the things that gave me the most trouble. They just WOULDN'T cook!

I put them in the oven at 180 for 50 mins and kept adding more oil so they wouldn't dry out. But they just didn't want to. We had crunchy potatoes and vegetables for dinner! Haha!

I think next time I would give the potatoes maybe ten minutes boiling time before I put them in the oven. Just to make sure they're done.

Other than that, it... well, it wasn't exactly nice because of the potatoes... but it's something that WOULD be very nice if I got the potatoes right :P
