[Alternate Ending]

[I thought of two endings for this book cuz why not but anyway here's the other one hope you like it too :))]

Jimin safely came back to Seoul after his tour in Japan, we only talked to each other for the whole month through FaceTime and he always whines about how much he misses me, however, the only thing he usually does is making stupid faces and cracking up corny jokes which I unusually find funny.

Right now Jimin and I are in my room. I told him he needs to sleep in his room since he needs this long rest after the flight he took but in the end, he still stayed even though I gave him plenty of punches to every part of his body.

"C'mon Euhniieeee, I just wanna cuddle with you for the entire day, why are you making me leave?" He's pouting like the baby he is

"Because you need to sleep and take a long rest, you just arrived from your flight and you're here clinging onto me" he made the grip on my waist even tighter, at this point I was just tired and made him do what he wants

"Euhnie, will you be sad if I leave again?" I looked down at him, he was suddenly so... Serious

"What's with that type of question? Of course, I will" now that was only half meant

I guess he knew it wasn't fully meant when I said that. I sighed and smiled at him.

"Of course I will, I won't be able to smack you for an entire day and that'll make me sad" I just laughed but he, however, didn't he's just there still looking so serious

"What if..." I finally stopped laughing and looked at him, paying close attention

"I'll leave forever? Will you stay sad forever too?" I was stunned by the sudden question

It wasn't irrelevant but it was weird for him to ask such a thing. And what makes it twice as much weird is he's too serious about it, like he'll leave me, he won't... Right..?

"Umm" I couldn't answer, I was too distracted as to why he would ask this

"What if you wake up the next day finding out everything was just a dream?" He asks another one

'These questions have only one answer to it, but why is it so hard? How come it hits differently?'

"I would... I really would, but why with the sudden question? You're scaring me..." Then sadness arise

He leaned upwards, making his lips touch my forehead, giving a quick peck before lining his forehead onto mine. Looking into my eyes with his dark brown ones.

"Someday I'll leave, we both will. But right now, I think I can't leave you if you're like this"

He sounds like he was ready to leave but now he couldn't. Why is that? How can he laugh so sarcastically?

"Now let's sleep, I am tired now" he pulled me downwards, pulling the duvet to cover us both

He pulled me closer, my face landing onto his chest. His heartbeat was tense, really tense. He continues to play with the ends of my hair making me fall asleep a little too fast.

Euhna woke up inside her room, she thought that she's already awake but isn't. She's awake in her dream, but for her, it feels so real. She touched the side where Jimin is supposed to be but he wasn't there, it was an empty spot.

She sat up, looking around but no sign of Jimin, she swayed her feet towards the edge of the bed until she feels a hand holding her waist, she looked back to see Jimin smiling at her. She smiled, relieved to see his boyfriend in front of her smiling and safe.
