"Kisuke? Should I really do that?", (Y/N) asked shaken and pressed his hand for support. Watching the door of the Senkaimon, her body felt like glued to the ground. Speaking about it was easy. Beside having a broken heart? Sighing she shook her head slightly to get her mind clear. It was in the past. An unknown route, she wasn't able to experience. For now she just wanted to support Rukia. Deliver her medicine. Seeing if he was alright and being able to get back home in peace.

Feeling a soft kiss onto her forehead, (Y/N) felt strong arms around her small form for a dear hug.

"Don't think too much. Just Go. Believe me, everything will be fine.",Kisuke whispered into her ear and let go of her to push her forward.

Taking Rukia's and Inoue's hand, she stepped into the entrance. The next moment they were rushing through the gate with full speed to reach their goal. Watching the dark atmosphere with a kind of nostalgic feeling, they soon were met with a strong light at the end of the gate. Her puls was racing. It was really going to happen. The next moment they were pushed to the world of soul society.

The bright sun, the fresh air full of reishi, (Y/N) felt so good without her gigai. Taking a deep breath she smiled of the sight before her. How long was it? This unbelievable light feeling. Just being herself.

"Many things have changed. I am so happy that you are here (Y/N)", Rukia spoke, observing the woman's sudden uneasy gaze. Rubbing her arm in discomfort, (Y/N)'s look wandered along the beautiful Sakura trees and peaceful atmosphere around her.

"Please follow me. I have to ask my captain to use the training grounds.", she added happily. Just hearing it, made (Y/N)'s body tremble of fear. Taking Inoue' s hand to calm down, they followed the young shinigami to the barracks of squad 13.
On the way they were met with many different people, which (Y/N) didn't recognize anymore. Flustered she avoid the stunned gazes and went along the long corridors. But soon they reached a familiar area. How unexpected to be met with those familiar colors and decorations. Even if it still looked beautiful, her heart felt like jumping out of her ribcage of fear.
Rukia stopped and made a hand sign to stay back for a moment. She could see the frightened look on (Y/N) 's face and gave her a supporting smile, while turning back to knock onto the door.
The moment (Y/N) could hear the soft voice of Jushiro with a short "come in", let her gasp. Was she insane? Why did she come here? Was this really going to work? Breathing heavily she had to fight back tears. Why didn't she just give this medicine Rukia and stay out of this?
Pressing Inoue's hand for support, she was more than relieved that she wasn't alone. Never would she have been able to make it this far on her own. He was just meters away. So close. So damn close.
Rukia observed the uneasy gaze of Inoue, who felt completely helpless of supporting the mental breakdown of (Y/N) and decided to quickly take things into action. There was still the chance of her running away. Pushing the doors open, Rukia entered her captain's office, while Kyone and Sentaro watched the other guests stunned, but luckily kept quiet.

"Captain Ukitake, I have a request and hopefully you will give me permission.", Rukia started nervously. Jushiro was sitting by his table with a cup of tea. Surprised he nodded for her to go on.

"A dear friend of mine wants to become stronger. I want to help her and brought her here to train her at our training grounds. I know it's sudden, but she would make much more progress here with the amount of reishi and.."
