"Tell me Ichigo!", her strong voice echoed through his room and let him shiver of fear. Quickly heading for his door to leave, he was grabbed roughly by his collar, only to face the young female shinigami.

"I don't know what you are talking about. Nothing happened.", Ichigo stuttered nervously, while trying to get out of Rukia's strong grip.

Watching him with a dangerous glint in her eyes, she waited for him to speak.

"I won't let you go, until you say what happened between my captain and you. What business do you have with him. It seemed serious.", Rukia growled frustrated, piercing his trembling form with her angered gaze.

She noticed in an instant, that something was off. It was normal for captain Ukitake to dismiss himself, once in a week to get some rest, but lately, he acted strange. Like something was bothering him. On his mind. His usually kind and heartwarming smile disappeared and he was working more in his office than necessary. Putting the pieces together she knew that Ichigo had to know the reason, after the strange conversation with her captain.

Sighing deeply, Ichigo sat down onto his bed, while scratching his head in irritation. "Geez... You are unbelievable... But before you kill me.. . He told me to keep it to myself and honestly I don't know much about it.",he started annoyed, jumping slightly of her sudden appearance beside him.

"So there is something going on. Tell me.", Rukia pleaded, roughly shaking him in impatience.

"Well he just asked me about (Y/N). After I told him that she is with Kisuke, he was surprised and happy, but then kind of sad. I don't know what this is about. You should speak with her, than me..let go!!.", Ichigo finished and opened the window to get her to leave. Stopping in her tracks, she raised her brows in surprise of this newfound information.

"(y/n)..why? What's the case with her?......okay, you are right! let's go! ", she announced motivated and grabbed an shocked Ichigo by his collar to pull him with her.

It didn't take them long to arrive at Urahara's store. Excited she entered, followed closby by an irritated boy, who literally got thrown inside.
"Are you stupid?! You can't just throw things inside our store like that!", Jinta shouted annoyed, while quickly jumping to the side to avoid getting hit by Ichigo's fall.

"Who cares! We have important business to discuss with (Y/N).", Rukia spoke seriously while Ichigo got back to his feet.

"and I am not a thing you brat!", he growled down to the red haired boy, who cursed under his breath of their annoying presence.

"my my.... What a ruckus in my store. What business do you have with my sweet lovely (Y/N)?", a soft voice echoed through the room. Rukia looked back at the store and was met with the smirking face of Kisuke.

"Stop playing around and tell me where she is. It's important.", Rukia grumbled and stepped forward to the shopkeeper.

Chuckling he made a hand sign to follow him and led the way to his living room. Sitting down by his table, he waited patiently for his guests to come.

"She is out shopping, but will come home soon. May I ask again what this is all about?", he asked seriously, underlining his protectivness with his demanding tone. If it was about (Y/N), Kisuke wasn't to play around with. Rukia was aware how much he cared for her.

"Yeah nothing much to worry about..but...lately my captain is acting strange. Something is wrong and I want to help him. I heard that he asked about (Y/N) and so I am trying to find out what's bothering him so much.. ", Rukia spoke sadly, not able to notice the stunned look of Kisuke. He thought about it for awhile, while hiding his face behind his fan.
