Casey stared at Olivia with wide eyes. Out of Alex and Olivia, Casey never thought Olivia would end up being the one to call her out. Olivia was the more levelheaded of the three, but Casey had hurt her and couldn't keep quiet any longer.
"Why are you being so mean? You don't need to be a bitch to me." Casey grumbled, and Olivia just shook her head before starting to pack up her items.
"Casey, I wasn't the one that started all this shit. You said that staying with Fisher was way nicer than staying with us. You need to pull your head out of your ass and truly see who is your actual family. I bet that over Christmas break shit will go down and you'll be crawling back to us. But who even says that we will be willing to help you after all this shit you have pulled." Olivia spat before tossing her bag over her shoulder.
Olivia quickly left the library as tears slipped down her cheeks. She felt so overwhelmed and hated herself for yelling at Casey. She hated herself for hurting someone that was already hurting so much from the death of her parents. But someone had to say it. Someone had to try to get Casey to realize what is happening.
"Olivia? Aren't you supposed to be in the library?" Mr. Gaines asked, as he stopped the crying teenager.
"I'm sorry... I can't be in there right now." Olivia sniffled as she looked at her principal.
"Olivia, what happened?" He asked as a frown settled onto his lips.
"Casey is just... she's just being mean. Can I sit in the lunch room and study in there? I can't be around her." Olivia whispered.
"I heard what has been happening. I'm sorry about the whole situation." Mr. Gaines frowned.
"How did you find out?" Olivia asked, and Mr. Gaines blushed as he thought about Friday night with Olivia's mother.
"Uh, Casey had to change foster homes so we got notified. You can sit in the lunch room and study, or you can go gather Alex up and head home for the day."
"We are fine, Mr. Gaines... thank you though." Olivia frowned.

The school day came to an end, and Olivia had to sit around and wait for Alex to finish taking a test. Olivia was just about to go fill up her water bottle at the fountain, when Fisher Graham came up to her.
"Lay off." Fisher warned, as he grabbed Olivia's arm. Olivia stared at him with wide eyes and shook her head.
"Let me go, Fisher." She breathed, tearfully.
"Lay off Casey or I'll force you too. Do you understand?" He growled.
"Let me go." Olivia whimpered, as she felt his fingers dig into the soft skin of the underside of her arm.
"I want you to apologize to my girlfriend. Tomorrow you will apologize to her face to face and I'll be there." Fisher smiled, as he twisted Olivia's arm. Olivia let out a moan as Fisher let her go and she felt her arm tingle.
"Hey, are you ready to go?" Alex asked, as she walked down the hall with her backpack over her shoulder.
"Y-yeah." Olivia struggled to speak.
"What's wrong? Are you crying?" Alex asked, as she got closer to her best friend. Olivia wiped tears from her cheeks before shaking her head.
"No, I'm not okay. But I'm too scared to say more than that... you need to drive. I can't." Olivia whispered, as she quickly walked to where her bag sat. She grabbed her car keys and passed them to Alex before grabbing her bag and trying to escape as quickly as possible.
"Liv, did something happen? Because if something happened, I'm more than willing to kick someone's ass." Alex spoke.
"Let's get outside."
