Princess Charlotte is next to have her selection. But she doesn't want one. At first.
Usually confident Charlotte, can't seem to get it together for her upcoming selection. And when all the boys arrive it becomes even more chaotic. With the pressure...
Thankfully it wasn't forecast to rain, so our games sport challenge was going ahead. Everyone gathered on the oval area, waiting and chatting while my parents arrived to watch over the event.
The guys were asked to dress causal sporty, so they all wore T-shirt or tank tops and shorts, sneakers adorning their feet.
I was dressed in a red day dress, as I wouldn't be competing and I refused to look anything but stylish. I had my hair done in a bun and sunglasses to shade my eyes from the sun.

I was standing with Isabelle, who was cuddled in Thomas's arms as they watched the boys and commented on who I should date.
"I think Tate seems nice, and your date with him seemed to go well." Thomas says, nodding his head towards the brown haired boy beside Mason, Luca and Logan. I had seen many of the guys look my way or shoot me a smile and I did my best to smile back.
Isabelle glanced to me, "I think William would make a cute prince. Don't you think Char?" She says cheerily, making me regret ever admitting to her I had a crush on him.
"Uh, I don't know." I say, trying to pretend to be very indecisive so Thomas doesn't catch on to Isabelle's teasing tone. But I know she's only messing with me, "Some of them I've hardly talked to, so I really should go on more dates."
Thomas nods, "I know, the selection turns out to be much more work than you think. But it's worth it." My brother says, holding his wife close to him and kissing her hair, "Isn't it Bells?"
"It really is." She says, now just cuddling him and totally ignoring the conversation.
I roll my eyes at the pair, knowing all well they have a perfect relationship that can't be topped. I just need to focus on myself.
I realise it's time to begin so I gather everyone's attention, "Alright everyone, before we begin could I ask you to spilt into your groups. So gold on the left and silver on the right." I say and wait a few moments as the boys shuffle around to stand in their teams.
"So today you will be participating in a sports competition of sorts. This isn't about winning, it's about participation. But by all means you can be competitive if you wish. We will have 3 games, first a dodgeball match, next a water balloon fight and lastly an obstacle course. I'm hoping for everyone to participate unless you have a valid reason not to." I explain and receive a few nods so I understand who's actually paying attention.
I motion behind them to the stretch of oval, "If you look behind you there is a line drawn on the grass to divide the two sides for the dodgeball, so please move there now and we can get started."
"Before we begin only a few rules. Don't cross the line, don't sneak around the side, don't hit anyone in the head, try not to hit anyone who is out or not in the game and don't cheat. There is people watching, so if you get out come and stand off the field. Otherwise your free to go. Last one standing wins." I explain and I see a few of the guys getting excited, giving strategy to their teammates.
