Unexpected

Theo's POV

The song comes to a conclusion and people start heading to the dining room for dinner. Philip jumps up quickly and I follow him into the hallway where Angie and her "friend" walks out into. Philip blocks their way and I get ready for some drama.

"Where you going Angie?"

She gives him a confused look

"To dinner?"

I pull Philip out the way and let them through. I stop Angie from following her friend and he keeps walking thinking she's behind him.

"Come on guys what do you want"

"To talk" I say calmly

"WHY ARE YOU KISSING THAT BOY" Philip yells

"Why are you watching me mind your business"

"Angie we were just wondering we though it may be too early for you to move on" I answer

"Well it's not and we are just friends"

"With benefits" Philip says rolling his eyes

"Shut up Philip I saw you looking at that girls body up and down"

I glare at Philip and he just gives Angie an angry glare.

"Angie-"

"So is this boyfriend of yours going to be another money stealing cheating bastard" Philip asks pushing Angie against the wall

"YOU TAKE THAT BACK NOT EVERYBODY IS LIKE THAT" Angie yells holding up a fist

"DON'T RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME ANGELICA" Philip says throwing her fist down

I step in between them and pull them apart.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH BOTH OF YOU LIKE SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS ARE ACTING LIKE KIDS!!" I scold

Alexander's POV

Me Burr and Eliza are watching from behind the corner. We were going to step in but it looked like Theodosia had it under control. Burr looked pretty proud and I rolled my eyes.

Theo's POV

"Angie you can go to dinner and sit with that boy for all I care but please don't kiss you've just met it's not even right and think about how crazy your dad will go if he sees"

She rolls her eyes and stomps into the dining room. Philip is still angry with his arms crossed

"What I do wrong this time?"

Oh where do I start

"Philip you are not her parent stop acting so overprotective"

"Oh yeah because you definitely didn't just boss her around just now"

"I was warning her!"

We both heard shuffling then stopped for a moment then just ignored it.

"There is a difference between helping someone and bossing them around"

"Wow thanks Theodosia for such smart advice" Philip says sarcastically

We stand there in silence looking at the ground for a moment.

"Were you really looking at that girls body?"

"No!" He says glaring at me angrily

I sigh

"So know you don't trust me" He says as he gets up and walks towards the dining room, then he stops

"And by the way Theodosia if you knew me you would know that I don't dance with other girls unless I get forced to" He says leaving

I curl up into a ball and just sit there for a while. I needed to forget about this night, I needed some sleep.

"Dad can you take me home"

There is nothing but silence.

"I know you are behind that corner you can come out now"

He walks out and just stares at me.

"You don't want anymore wine?"

Eliza's POV

The kids were all in bed and me and Alexander was just sitting there on the bed both reading a book together. We've had a lot of stress sex lately ever since Alex's death it doesn't make me feel better but it would numb the pain. Then all of the sudden I start feeling dizzy. And Alex started to notice too.

"Eliza are you alright?"

"No honey I feel dizzy and nauseous"

All of the sudden I feel something rushing up and I cover my mouth. Alex picks me up and rushes me into the bathroom just in time for me to barf into the trash. I fall into his arms and my head starts spinning and then everything is black.

I wake up in my bed and Alex is over me holding a pregnancy test.

"Here take this we've been quiet active lately"

I reluctantly grab it and take it and the results surprise me.

"Alexander it's positive"

"YESS"

"No" I say falling to my knees

"Oh honey" He falls down next to me and hugs me tightly
