I finally arrive at the forest,
scattered light all around
from the shade of the leaves.
I look back to the town,
then to the castle.
I'll be back.
I think,
before entering the portal
obscured by the appearance of a tree bark.
As I pass through,
the fresh smell of Virideia leaves,
replaced by the earthy Thereinth scent.
Carriages pass by
and children play on the sidewalks.
Musicians try their luck,
playing tunes as passersby appear.
Bakers appear with fresh products,
attempting to entice those with an appetite.
The scenery is chaotic
but in a beautiful way.
Its homey nature brings me comfort
and a sense of belonging.
