Nothing goes as planned. Everything will break.
People say goodbye. In their own special way.

Vivaan extended his hand towards her, silently asking her to join him for a dance as In My Veins by Andrew Belle softly played from a speaker placed at a corner in the garden. She took it without a thought.

All that you rely on. And all that you can fake.
Will leave you in the morning. But find you in the day.

They took a step forward and circled each other, their gaze remained locked. Vivaan placed his hand on her back, hers on his shoulder and their free hands met.

Oh, you're in my veins. And I cannot get you out.
Oh, you're all I taste. At night inside my mouth.

She immediately relaxed at his touch. Their bodies tuned to the slow music, feet moving perfectly as they swayed. She rested her head on his shoulder, she could feel warmth emanating from his body and she sighed in comfort.

Oh, you run away. Cause I am not what you found.
Oh, you're in my veins. And I cannot get you out.

Every moment, every angle seemed to be planned in advance. With him, nothing felt forced. For a minute, it felt like it was all a dream and she might wake up any second and find herself alone. She held him tighter, scared by the thought.

Everything will change. Nothing stays the same.
And nobody here's perfect. Oh, but everyone's to blame.

That's when she knew how difficult it would be to let him go. They only had a few more hours together before it would all be over. They moved apart slightly as he twirled her gracefully and pulled her close again. She inhaled his familiar scent; She was going to miss it.

All that you rely on. And all that you can fake.
Will leave you in the morning. But find you in the day.

She looked into his eyes as she gently caressed his face, tracing every feature lightly with her fingertips. He looked at her with pained eyes. She knew he was as distraught as her. But neither of them was going to show that to each other.

Everything is dark. It's more than you can take.
But you catch a glimpse of sunlight. Shining down on your face.

She didn't know what was worse. Being in love with someone who doesn't love you back or being in love with someone whom you'll never see again. The truth was that she didn't want to know anymore. All she had was now, this very moment.
"You have no idea what you mean to me, Vivaan" She said with tears burning in her eyes but refusing to fall.
To say that Vivaan's confession a few minutes ago, had left her surprised would be an understatement. And she wasn't dumb. She knew exactly what he had meant by those words. Maybe...he had feelings for her too...maybe he loved her too. But before she could respond, he had instantly changed the subject by asking her for a dance.
And she hadn't dug deeper because she didn't want him to be forced. Knowing that he might feel the same as her, it was enough.
"And you don't know what you mean to me, Samara. I wish I could tell you..." He said, his voice was hoarse, filled with emotion.
No longer able to control herself, she took the liberty of slowly pulling him by the nape of his neck and brushed her lips softly against his. A sigh of relief escaped his mouth as he kissed her back and she knew that he wanted her as much as she did. She kissed him once, twice and realised that she'd never have enough.
His arms slipped down her waist, pulling her flush against his body and before they knew, they were kissing each other harder, deeper with an urgent need. It felt like her body was on fire. A sudden sense of dizziness washed over her and she wasn't sure if her feet could carry her anymore. Maybe the time had stopped, maybe the world wasn't revolving anymore and maybe she didn't give a damn.
All she could focus on was how soft his lips felt against her mouth, how addictively he had invaded all her senses. Her heart pounded like it had never before. She gasped when she found herself being pushed against the nearest wall. His mouth left her lips and trailed down her neck as he devoured every inch of her skin, he had access to, igniting every part of her body that he touched.
Her body had never reacted this way to anybody else. Her breathing got heavier and she couldn't ignore the sudden urge she had to rip off his clothes right then and there. And she was not one to shy away from her desires. She pulled him up by the collar of his shirt and crashed her lips to his, simultaneously taking his shirt off him.
She smirked triumphantly as her eyes looked him up and down appreciatively. Damn, he was a devil in a Greek god's body.
"Like what you see?" He rasped, smirking back at her.
"Oh, you have no idea" She said, kissing his jaw, slowly travelling down his neck earning a growl of pleasure from him.
He spun her around and returned the favour. She could feel the hard ridges of his abs pressing against her lower back.
There was nothing stopping them this time. But they did stop for a second as their eyes met. His clear sapphire eyes had turned a shade darker, clouded with lust and passion. There was something else in them too. Something she couldn't quite pinpoint. Was it love? The thought went away as quickly as it had come.
