Tess was singing in a red dress with little sparkly strings falling from it. She had made Sean make it since she loved the idea. But over all she knew James would love it.

She tried looking through the audience to see if he was here but there was no sign of him. In the month and a half that they had been dating James had only missed about two shows.

Which is why she was so concerned that he wasn't there for this one.

Tess smiled as she sang this verse. It was so truthful to her. She would follow James ANYWHERE.

Tess finished the act and immediately took the wig that matched the costume off.

"That was amazing like always girl." Sean came from the back of the room clapping and dancing his way to her.

"Thank you Sean. But you know I'm fabulous everytime." Tess smiled and was followed by Sean's laughter.

"Oh yes you are." Sean moved to sit in Tess chair before she could." You know I didn't future husband come in to see you today ."

"First of all..." Tess pushed Sean from her chair and sat back on it before he could." We don't even know what will happen in the future. And maybe he had something important to do."

"True. True. Well we're almost done for the day. We just have like 5 people out there."

"Well that's cool. It's like fifteen minutes till close time." Tess responded taking off the little diamonds she had put around her eyes as part of the makeup.

"Yeah. Okay I'm going to tell the guys to start cleaning and you can change."

"Thank you so much." Tess said.

Sean blew her a kiss and walked over to the guys.

Tess was finally in their house. It had been a long day. And since Nikki hadn't showed up , she had to do her part in almost everything.

Tess noticed the lights inside on, she thought James was probably home and decided to surprise him. She put on her coat which she was holding in one of her hands and tied it up.

She then took out her keys and opened the door. She smiled looking up but her expression quickly turned pale.

"Oh my god. What the fuck happened here.?"

Their apartment was completely trashed. Lamps and bases where broken. The sofa had been turned over. The tv was no longer on the stand but on the floor with an enormous whole thru the middle.

Tess tried stepping over the glass but failed miserably since it was all over the place.

She took her phone out and instantly called James.

She waited for it to ring. She heard his all to familiar ring tone coming from their bed room.

Before walking to the bedroom she took of her heals and picked up the nearest object. Which turned out to be the pole from a lamp.

She slowly walked to the bedroom and opened the door. She stepped in slightly. Noticing that the bed had been unmade and hers and James clothes was all over the place.

Just as she stepped to the other side of the room she saw what she couldn't imagine. She instantly dropped the pole and went to his side.

"No. No. No. James." She took his face in between her hands noticing every single bruise. His face was covered in cuts and blood. Just like his body.
